U didn't measure the length of wire for 1 turn by using parameter that bobbin and then multiply it with 836 turn for 2 times

Ahhhhhhhhh nooooooo! I designed pwr transformers for 15yrs. The load power at 110V equals the load power at 220V but the current is double therefore the wire size must also be double in cross section.
