- Introducing you to the biggest Asian elephant gathering in the world. How cool right? It is actually in beautiful Sri Lanka on a small island. While farmers use the water from the lake, it opens up more space for fresh grass and that is what attracts elephants at this time of the year to be here.

Lovely to see these peaceful giants roaming freely in the wild minding their own business. Come to Assam in the northeast of India. You'll be able to witness 200-300 elephants migrating together in a single bunch, especially towards the eastern-most jungles here. They migrate from one jungle through forests, villages, fields tea estates etc and enter another jungle.

Lovely to see all the elephants roaming wild, so good to see them in families and with the tiny ones. Thank you for doing this very much needed at this time, and thanks for your other help too, it allows people who love the country to see how things are too. And hopefully it will help anyone decide if they are thinking of visiting, they will have a great experience as things are not hectic at the moment and of course there is always a great welcome from the super friendly people.

Of course this is the largest elephant gathering in the world . Can spotted more than 300 Elephants near the big lake some days in Minneriya national park.I have lots of experience in this park

@MusicxxX No, Umandawa is a good suggestion. It is about different cultural experiences. If you have been following Davud for long enough, you will see that he appreciate different cultural items.
It'll be a hit or miss. Honestly not worth the risk. With all the negative impressions locals have in relation to the place it'll be risky. And ofc there's a risk of becoming a meme on the hand lol. Ridiyagama is a way better place to visit.
