sir, one intriguing question: being a complacent fountain pen user, should we use fountain pens during the examination?

If you do not have gripping difficulty for long writing sessions, I do not personally see a problem in using fountain pens during examinations. You have to be careful about not spilling any water on the writing, of course. I have myself used fountain pens for taking tests.
