Playing D2 in first person feels so 1998. Dual swords though. This is the way. Some random thoughts and things to consider for fellow sword enthusiasts: 1) Don’t sleep on Attrition Orbs. It has so many seasonal artifact buffs attached to it, plus prismatic stuff, plus sustain vs bosses, plus boot buffs. It’s the one trick Mesmer doesn’t want you to know about!! 2) Wolfpack + Relentless Strikes isn’t supposed to give ammo, but even after supposedly being patched it still works. 3) Wolfpack Cold Steel works. Overload Blades sort of interferes though. You chose. Frost buildup is meta in Elden, as we all know. 4) You can throw in the new void aspect and the fire grenade on priamatic, then pair it with the seasonal mod which lets void weapons deal more damage to weakened enemies, while using the fragment which lets void grenades weaken. Using it with the thermite grenade slotted bumps the damage up to about 130k and lets you both nuke and tank. Use a void sword for the increased damage vs weakened enemies. Build goes hard, but lacks a bit of range to be fair. 4.5) if using a Bait n Switch heavy sword, pair it with a Slice primary. That way you benefit from hitting the boss w it mid fight. Because the best defense is a nerfed shadow of the erdtree boss. 5) Use the seasonal class item for two extra swords. Also: why is D2 swordplay more fun than Elden Ring? Barely touched the dlc yet. Thanks for the video
The new sword can be crafted with incandescent and chain reaction, honestly really good add clear and then you could use Wolfpack or unplanned repreve ergo for chunky enemies
