I am sorry these TMZ people are behind on this case, did they even watch the last two hearings?
Pathetic! Pure guesswork, let the trial determine facts vs fiction.
no matter which side you are, you have to ask why the state cannot produce any evidence after 1.5 yrs? 🤔
and why do the prosecutor beg for close hearings while the BK wants everything public? BK needs massive payout when he's freed
Because it's on Native American land? #WhiteIndians
I suggest you follow the case closer because your comment is not true…the defendant been fighting to not allow media and also his lawyer whose been criticized for breaking the bank on this case been latching on every little technicality she can possibly find and hold on to in addition to a lot of other bs (disgusting) is why it has taken so long and finally it’s been set for 2025
it;s comical you think they have no evidence. He was indicted by a grand jury based on evidence. Duh
It's incredible to watch bunch of ppl bring up this much nonsense without any background to backup their theories, just insane.
Woman: "He's a sociopath and this was his first kill".
And you know that how? Based on what grounds u dare to make such acquisitions?
The fact is, if this guy did it as a sociopath, it'd be next to impossible that this was his first kill. ..( Literally impossible).
If he did this as a sociopath it means this wasn't his first kill based on the way it was done, it means he has done this before, more than few times w the same MO, but we just don't know about em, n if there's no prior criminal activities as such then he could've been the witnessing party to someone who actually did the crime ( his behavior doesn't fit w that profile either) , or we have another case of Pam Hubs going on here (fits the profile) loll.
Based on the evidence so far this guy doesn't fit the profile at all, but for some odd reason I see so much persistentes from the media trying to force believe ppl into: "let's all believe he did it and avoid evidence, facts, and profiling. He was following the girls on insta and liking their pics, therefore he was obsessed w them, so he did it".
TMZ is right about one thing tho, some of the things are strange in this case, but it definitely isn't Bryan's behavior, it's the prosecutor's team, the cops and the roommates , their actions have been nothing but sus, questionable, flat out jaw dropping and playing out right in front of everyone's eyes, but I don't see anyone pointing at any of those odd behavior , but let's talk about how he's a vegetarian and those girls worked in 2 famous vegetarian restaurants...(I mean ...wtf..?..!..) ,, ya,,something def isn't right w this case for sure.
I agree with so much that you're saying the only thing is is you put in there about him following them on social media and liking their pictures that's not true there is no connection at all found between him and Idaho for its was said in court that there is no social media connection he never liked any photos and he did not follow that
@@ashlee895 very true, but I'm playing the "devils advocate" here, let's say yes he was following these girls on social media and liked their pictures, well.. we call that normal social interaction n not a obsessed body (like what we're doing right here).
I have studied criminal psychology for almost a decade and I can say anyone w a little bit of background in criminology would've seen that this guy doesn't fit the profile the very first week they made the arrest. ... I remember on the 3rd report i called it lol.
But I can say this tho. .. The guy who did this wouldn't be following or liking the girls pictures, he's the type who feels way too almighty to ever do that, he's the guy that if he ever looked at u, u should feel lucky that he looked at u, but he got humiliated by these girls and it definitely was public.
We shouldn't be looking for a sub teacher, look for someone in power, from money, w high political ties. Private but very well feared with some sort of physical shortcomings.
when he did this, he had the roommates as his audience, and leaving witnesses behind is the main part that makes him get off on this specific event for him, otherwise there would be no point in the murders at all.
He definitely didn't do it alone , he probably had 1 or 2 other people who are on his payroll with him.
Losing evidence, demolition evidence, keeping the families in the dark, protecting the roommates on their lies, isn't based on the DA's laziness, they know who did this and they better do their jobs right which would be covering up in this case, and BK, should keep his mouth shut if he knows anything (which i say he does).
@@AryaStar-wg3wd oh ok I get it .. I have been a follower of true crime since I was 6 an I just learned a lot through watching reading an so on.. I just had a feeling after he was arrested it wasn't him. There's just so much that no one talks about, the hit and run out front his apartment the night of the murders, why hasn't the 911 or any body cams released yet at least something, the Brent kopaka stuff is strange it's just so much.. an all they have that I have seen so far is blurry grainy surveillance of a car that just looks like a car you can't tell anything about it's make or color
@@AryaStar-wg3wd and there touch dna which is very unreliable. If people would actually do research on what touch DNA is . I'm sure you know but from what I learned.. basically it's you leaving a skin cell behind when you touch something.. so every single day as you go around you leave behind your touch dna it can go anywhere . But anyways so there was a case that I had watched recently where somebody was picked up by a paramedic earlier oncin the day and right after they were dropped off at the hospital that same ambulance with that same paramedic that had a different call that was a murderer victim , well they took their stuff in, they did what they could the person ended up dying on the scene it was a homicide , and the DNA from the person that was in the ambulance before, ended up leaving touch DNA on one of the EMTs or his belongings and it ended up getting on the crime scene so they charged this man over touch DNA and he was convicted but he was finally released and exonerated and they actually caught the correct person. in the genealogy stuff is something that I don't think is completely reliable unless you have someone who really knows what there doing.. , and with his touch dna , the way that it went through three different Labs nobody could find anything till it went to this one lab that basically won't tell how they got too his dad then too him.. I've also heard rumors that it matches somebody else too and something about it's a statistical match I don't know you got to remember what is true and what isn't true.. I really look forward to watching the trial I'm waiting for it everybody thinks Brian Kohberger is guilty because he's just sitting there and not saying anything , he is being smart because he has a PHD in criminal law and he's going for his Masters or he was so he knows what he's doing.. everybody is just like he's not fighting and he's being quiet and that's why he's guilty all because he isn't acting like a fool and he knows the law system and there's no reason to make it hard on himself . I honestly believe that he is innocent I mean I'm going to feel stupid if he's guilty but they better show some things very convincing to make me believe this.
Brent Kopacka / released prisoner(s) tied to violent prison gangs around the time who then also never returned and has been seen on camera prowling the very street
I hate the use of the orange jumpsuit picture. He was seen in it one time, one time onl.y Disgusting.
These TMZ people are horribly disgusting.
Harvey Levin? God. This guy is full of pure BS. Snakeoil hustler. Does Levin thaink that yelling adds credibility?
This was not a 'mass murder'. A mass murder has particular characteristics, which have nothing to do with this crime. This was a mulitple-victim murder. Big differences.
scary shit, how people can sit around and dream all these things up, not knowing an individual and having very few facts if any. if youve ever dealt with the system, you know full well.
There is not enough evidence. And what about all that waiting hours to call police? Im sorry but its normal to question the others in the house. And demolishing the house is shady too. I dont know what happened or who did it.
Nobody waited for a minute, 911 was called seconds after the crime was discovered.
@@JeffSherlockand how do you know that?
@@JeffSherlock no it wasn't. It was hrs later. As of now I believe it was someone in that house before it was anyone else.
whats wrong with this woman?
so all evidence has shown BK is 100% innocent
yessssssss
Bullshit! He’s guilt as sin
So why is his DNA at the scene
@@Silvia.Araujo it hasnt been proven to be his, its also touch dna which cant place him there
@@twizlestick8120😂 such BS you weirdos
Why would he walk out of the house without a sheath and walk in the house with a sheath. This does make sense.
Weaing a sheath would be stupid. Placing the knife-in-sheath on a jacket pocket for entering and leaving the area, then disposing of both makes good sense.
The purpose of a knife is silence.
@JeffSherlock if he's OK with walking around with an open blade, why would he take even use a knife sheath. I just don't understand that. The risk is there with and without it.
@JeffSherlock your right. I didn't think about that. It is a risk walking out without it.
Because his adrenaline is going crazy because he just killed 3 people he didn't think he was going to have to kill. Same reason he drove away at a "high rate of speed" and drove out to the middle of nowhere before going back home.
The Mad Greek is not a vegan restaurant.
Oh, I gave up with the amount of wrong information that is given… they seem to be doing it purposely

Shameless banfield at it again! Go to tmz - don’t talk about real cases like Idaho four cause you only know how to make a clown show 🤡 and make publicity money
when are you going to atleast accurately read the PCA?
I have a screenshot about this case. Could be a troll but some guy says his cousin did it and there's a relation to Bryan. The name Cleery was mentioned. Again, could be a troll but WHAT IF? With connections to Bryan and the name Cleery mentioned, seems weird. I mean, rumor had it a Hannah Cleery was bullied by one or a couple of the now deceased roommates... Worth looking into.
Want it? Where do i email it to?
Edit: the comment was dated April 23. The dude says "its his 2017 Sonata on the CCTV" about his cousin's car, who is not Bryan but supposedly there's some connection/relation.
I'd say something way deeper is happening here based on the cops, prosecutor's team behavior, and the mainstream reporting . At first it looked like laziness but Lil by Lil it started to look like a cover up to me, first losing evidence, hiding evidence, then demolition evidence, meanwhile they get a guy and they just say: um.. he did it bc we say so... !...
Only someone at the top can pull this type of fukry and have the DA looking like a bunch of lazy fools, yet have mainstream trying so hard to make BK look guilty and taking attention away from all the fukry happening in the most obvious including the roommates, who are lying through their teeth, (which is the other thing)...at first I thought they did it or were in on it, but why were they being protected instead of questioned? Id say, it's bc they saw but they have been instructed not to talk by the law enforcement themselves...be it FBI, CIA pick any high agency u like who had a lil chat with em, making sure they wouldn't talk.
I think this is way bigger than what we thought, but not too hard to point out who did it if someone decides to start really looking into it. I can already give a profile on him and this type of unsub is hard to miss in a crowd.
Where did you find this there is a order to suppress and a gag order I’ve been following this closely and never heard the name Cleerly(?)
Hannah was bullied by Maddie Mogen she took her own life before Maddie moved to 1122 poor girl wasn’t Sorority and heavily abused by roommates and is dead yet no one gives a damn but no connection.
And before Bryan moved to WA😂
Did Hannah Cleery have a brother? Maybe 2 ? I did hear she took her life because she was bullied by 1 or 2 of the girls. Now that would cause some anger and hatred right there. Now I don’t know if this is true but it was said by someone that a white car had turned down the street that night and it was the street that Hannah used to live on. You know to lose a loved one that way would make you want revenge.
Ashley u are behind. He didn’t do it.
yes circus musiccccccccc
😆 he did though lol.. thats why he's arrested and soon to be convicted. Proburglars are kinda nutty
@@ItisMeMike you’ll see
The channel on here called Crime Circus on here has done several hours worth of videos on some of the oddities of this case, police corruption, crime scene botching, etc. He’s a younger fellow and I’ve laughed off/disagreed with some of the information he’s presented, but there is also quite a bit of information that’s interesting and at least worth listening to if you find yourself in the mood to binge-watch discussions of this case.
Clown Boy is as bad as Levin and Banfield are.
Anyone get an ad for eggs in a bucket that last for 25 years??
A unrealistic as these NewsNation reports--fiction all the way.
You wouldnt need to be a real Pro to know to leave your mobile phone on at home 💁♂️
This is embarassingly inaccurate
Right?
This is a total fantasy. So sad the way someone can be convicted BEFORE they're tried.
It was someone with a real serious vendetta who got dumped such as an xbf who carried out this crime not someone who was feeling rejected like BK.
Bryan kohberger did not do this alone...if even at all. There's a lot of other questionable characters and incidents that haven't been pursued. Bryan fits thejr narrative, as they say, so thats what theyre going with.
He fits the politics too
Maddie was the prime target, hemet her at the mad greek restaurant. Xana also worked there, possibly knew Kohberger. Xana probably saw hi. As he was leaving Maddies room, meeting Xana in the hall coming back with door dash. It was probably Xana who said " someone's here" Ethan would've encountered Kohberger as he tried to protect Xana. Kohberger had to kill Xana because she could possibly identify him from her work. 😢
The roommates are in on it plain and simple
he was reinventing himself, feeling proud and comfort in his new him... he got obsessed with one of the girls that worked in the vegan restaurant... he stalked her and was desiring to participate in that "house"life.... than he found out he was probably loosing everything... and got into a spree... is my hypothesis
Worked in a Greek restaurant and it wasn’t vegan.
I believe that the perpetrator heard DM yell up to be quiet, and realized that they had to exit quickly (which is why they left the sheath). EC probably also heard DM yell up for people to be quiet, then came out of the room (or at least opened the bedroom door) to check on what was going on, then encountered the perpetrator. I do agree that EC and XK were not intended and were collateral damage.
On Fox? No thank you
Anything related to this case is just spinning what we already know.
I can’t help but wonder if the survivors were in on this somehow.
No evidence that Kohberger or Kopacka knew these people!
Only Ethan has a name. Buddy killed two people then Ethan and his girlfriend
As long as BK sits in prison, all is well. More time to exonerate himself.
The one man theory is unlikely in my opinion.
The problem with Levin theory is he thinks a phd criminology major, wanting to commit perfect crime, will think like him
Lawyers are not good at the mechanics of crime.
Trash tmz expanding their reach to true crime…. Sounds awesome
I don't think this is his first kill! Maybe the first time with a knife!! I think he has a history of killing while someone is sleeping! Or intoxicated on drugs. He has a history of drug use and no one is more vulnerable to murder than an addict! I lost someone in Scranton, PA who was a recovering addict. I can't personally connect him but I have always felt it was a set up.
Ofc one man with one knife can kill 4 people!!🙄I dont see how that is unbelievable
They were in separate rooms and it was said that they were asleep when the incident happened plus some of the girls were partying before and probably drunk
How about this, BK framed himself for the murders.
He wasn't stocking them
This is ridiculous.
I did a search for "Embree Idaho" and YT manages to spit out this video as the #1 result.
Sorry YT , I am in my 70s but I can right away realize your naive attempt. I would not stoop to watching 30 seconds of those incoherent babblings.
RIght now only the well thought thru analysis of J Embree, and the huge amount of judicious work behind that deserve my time... feeling sorry for those who cannot think things thru.
He ? You mean Them.
He was living out his own video game..
So much of what they are saying has been proven to be BS..He did not stalk the victims nor did he have any connection them.. Clearly they are not following the case closely enough or they would know....There is more going on here than meets that eye including a co-defendant..
Also I don’t think that he knew both girls were going to be sleeping together!
The same thing that happened to Rily Strain!!
How was there no blood curdling screams 4 people stabbed to death they don't die right away when they get stabbed unless he cut all their throats but he couldn't have done them at the same time and there was two people in each room unless they were sleeping
They better get started on the speculative feature film on this while Jake Gyllenhall can still play Kohberger (or, well, I suppose they can use cgi...)
One thing, if Bryan studies this stuff then he would have known to leave his phone at home. Let’s be real, booomm!!!
How do we know the sheath wasn't planted and the sighting made up?
Who was coming and going out of their house!!
Cool speculation true crime Karens
Wow tmz.. I think Harvey is a butthead .. shower r I agree with him on his theory.. 😮😊
Kohberger is not as smart as people give him credit for.... psychopaths aren't smarter they just worry less, empathize none, and take lots of risks. This guy used to shoot H for a thrill... he's not that smart. He could have easily thought he'd get away with this.
Is it safe to assume that psychopaths would have no problem fabricating diagnoses for strangers while ignoring how it reflects on themselves?
@Romina1907. Yes, he doesn't see himself. Women and men saw his creepiness from a mile away.
@@Romina1907. psychopathy isn't a clinical diagnosis, it's my personal opinion. But I hear it's opinion shared by members of his own family so hey maybe I'm right! Who knows.
That could be a lawsuit.
I am still waiting on the proof without a doubt.
and please... investigate... of course it was not his first killing...
I personally think these kids were killed for unpaid drug dealings. And the reason why the surviving roommates waited so long to call the cops the next morning is because they were waiting for their drug high to come down
That is RIDICULOUS
That’s a really good theory. I didn’t think of that. I think you may be on the right track. I do think however, that Bryan Kohberger isn’t the killer. I think there were at least two killers, but not Kohberger.
No one waited. Stop it.
It’s the superiority gene

Naw, biggest mystery: why know blood trail outside, why those two 🐍s pared, and who did it !!!
What has happened to professional unbiased journalism???
This is nonsense on stilts, all the way to the loony house!
Trash TV. Content on social media is better.
A bunch of crap when no one really the Facts.
This comment section is a shit show of BK fans
I think Kaylee was his target. The other three were collateral damage. He knew Madison lived there, didn't know she'd moved out, and expected her to be in her old room with the dog. On the way out he was confronted by Ethan and killed him, which woke up Xana, and he killed her. I fully believe it is that horrific and simple. He only intended to kill Kaylee.
Madison is not the one who had moved out, Kaylee is the one who had moved out. The dog belonged to kaylee. Maddie and Kaylee were in Maddies' bed.
Amateur.
0:56 yes, if it was another breed. But that poodle like looking small dog is not a watch dog to warn or protect someone.
there was so many people going in and out of that house…. dog was used to people and docile
Why did they make the dog sleep alone by himself in a room?
Who does that?
The dog was accustomed to it. Why wake it up?
I think it would be interesting to look over the research he did with killers for his studies. Wasn't he asking for anonymous accounts of what they did??. Some of these questions might be answered there maybe.
If he was targetting an individual, would it make sense to wait until they had left the house so the public could see and hear it??, and also the risk of them escaping would be higher as well perhaps. They would also have had a heads-up about him approaching, so it wouldn't be a good idea on the face of it. Sleeping/tired victims, caught by surprise in an enclosed space makes more sense for a planned event it would seem.
Bryan Kohberger was studying psychology. He particpated in a class project in which he was one of several students who conducted a poll on Reddit.
I have absolutely no reaso to think that Kohbgerger had anything to do with this crime.
@@JeffSherlock LOL..nice work sherlock. He was actually studying for a PHD in Criminology, not Psychology, and asked on Reddit for anonymous criminals to tell him their stories and experiences, it wasn't a poll.
He made the Reddit post himself, using his own name.
I just looked and he didn't ask for 'killers' as I first commented, but only for 'criminals'.
So what's your opinion then on why they would try to prosecute an innocent man with a flimsy case for such a high profile crime??, for example could it be something to do with him buying a knife/sheath of the same type as found at the crime scene with his DNA on it??
It is at least as plausible that these murders were committed by Ethan’s frat bros and/or drug connections.
Frast children do not master commando attack techniques.
well he had been addicted to heroin as a teenager so he had some experience in the crime world buying it and interacting with drug dealers. and possessing it. i don't particularly see why this couldn't be his first murders, if you've gotten yourself into the mindset of doing one murder doesn't seem like a big jump to do multiple ones. he may have felt like he had the advantage of surprise and if someone started screaming he could get out of the house quickly enough to not get caught, particularly if he thought it was all women there
⁉️Perhaps the Killer had previously installed cameras in every room / certain rooms
He did not stalk them victims-prosecution Bill Thompson
No one installed any cameras.
