FYI, very few Americans wear their shoes in the house. All American homes have big kitchens, mud rooms , big living rooms that have tile or hardwood floors. Sometimes the house rules are that you can wear clean shoes in those areas only, but most homes it's not ok to wear shoes at all ! I hear this in all Asian videos. It's not really true so don't do it when you visit. Take them off. There is always a place by the door.to put your shoes. We are just too polite to say anything !

My dads house has 10 bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms and the reason it's that big is because a lot of his family stays over at his house as well as my brother. My mom, sister and I stay in my moms house (8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms) and my moms family comes and sleeps over a lot. I guess that's why they have such big houses also because if you have a lot of money might as well spend it on a nice home (and cool parties)
