for those who are wondering how i managed to get grookey and sobble (my starter was a scorbunny): i got grookey and sobble (plus scorbunny) from pokemon home (mobile app) as part of the mystery gift. to obtain them, u gotta get pokemon home on both your switch and phone, connect sword/shield to home, transfer one pokemon from sword/shield to home on ur switch and ur basically done; u can now obtain the rest of the starters via mystery gifts on home. mystery gifts can be found on the mobile version of pokemon home.

At first, when I started Shield, I thought speed meant its speed in Pokemon Camp. I wanted my Eldegoss to get to me faster and win some races, and then I found out that Speed meant whoever has the highest speed, that Pokemon will go first in battle. So, lol.
