Self love is so good. I used to be slim but changed after my ulcer and medications. And whenever I look in the mirror and saw current self, sometimes I can't help but be disatisfied of what I'm seeing. It made me forget all the love I have for myself because I don't like what I'm seeing. But now, I'm actually trying to accept all the flaws I have.
