I often make small pancakes and pop blueberries in them while they're cooking. I make a 30 or so and freeze them and give them to my daughter in law for easy/fast breakfast for my young grand-daughters. She just toasts them from frozen.

Hi Amanda. The blueberry recipes looked delicious. For a nice light breakfast, I like to top plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and almond granola with a drizzle of agave. Sometimes I'll include a few mini chocolate chips. It satisfies that chocolate graving that us girls get. 😊
