Well add on that Saeki is considered the hardest boss due to his very fast speed both movement and attack wise. Plus his heat attack covers a LOT of distance and the heat action itself fucking hurts too.
This fight trolled me for a while until I realized I just need to punch the shit out of him without technique and then run around a lot, then I no damaged it

Why is his name Saeki Jun and Saeki Atushi sometimes? Is it a Jekel and Hyde situation or is it just translation getting mixed
淳 can be read as either "Jun" or "Atsushi", so yeah I'd imagine it's the translation's fault.
