So for the beginning maybe some pro hero like Endeavor, All Might ect should say something to them. With the reaction of same of them can be a good our a bad thing depends of the pro hero that you choose. Then maybe they need to explain their selfs to them but there's your own presentation of your UA so I don't know what you are going to do. Them after explaining our maybe after they should revel Dabi's real identity so they can understand more about the case. Before that they probably going to be chock and etc and maybe say that we is dad. After that maybe just maybe you could fix Touya's skin with Eri's our Recovery Girl power so we can be just the way he was. So the people can't recognize him as a villain. Maybe them they could became a Pro Hero and have his license with his family and Keigo's support. Them and between same of the scenes we can have a bit of dabihawks. And for the final a happy ending with Keigo and Touya dating the whole family Todoroki Together and Touya's hero dreams came true. Just for an idea I hope you like it!
