Small correction regarding the Overcharge build: Technician doesn't actually reduce the amount of progress lost when missing a skillcheck, but rather increase it. 5% by base, 4% in tier II and 3% in tier III. This means that when using technician, missing a skillcheck makes no audible sound or visual cue for the killer, but does lose 15/14/13% progress instead of the usual 10%.
My favorite build to run on my Jeff is The "Screw Ya Hooks" build. Basically just making it as hard as possible for the killer to hook you and it can just be annoying for them. -Boil over, Deliverance, Breakdown, and either Saboteur or Ds A toolbox and hook offering can also be used!
One build I like is object, blood pact, botany, leader, and a green key with the purple ring add-on. You will never be the obsession, so you can use object just for information and occasional speed boosts, blood pact can be super fun and lead to long chases even though you're looping with someone else, botany gives you yellow medkit healing speed and leader gives the obsession brown medkit healing speed, and the key will let you and the obsession always see each other's aura while guaranteeing you won't be the obsession because that add-on decreases your odds of being the person at the start of the match
My most favourite build was my "field doctor" build with autodidact, empaphy, solidarity and a perk of your choice (i recommend spine chill for extra 10% skill check possibility when looked by the killer) You see every injured survivor in a huge radius and can heal them really fast, if you get skill checks, also if you are injured yourself you can speed it up in seconds greatly, with 5 stacks of autodidact. I think the RNG behind the skill check spices up the whole build and makes it very fun, because you work for it to make the build strong, sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes it does and when it does, it's huge. The best thing is, that technically autodidact works by itself, so you could switch every perk like you want it, but the combination of these 3 is the most fun I had.
@@dreagt838 originally I called this build the "nurse dua lipa" build, because of a meme, so the name is just a rough Idea, what the build should do. Of course I could Run botany knowledge, Desperate measures, circle of healing (which would carry this build by itself easily) and empathy, but there is not much fun in that. The Perk encourages to do alturistic actions and help other teammates, so you have to work for it and If you get 5 stacks, you have a really strong heal, which can save much time. This concept makes it more exciting and leads to more dynamic. Also It uses perks, which aren't popular, which makes it even more fun
Otz made that build a year ago already. Of course you could have come up with it yourself but it is fairy unlikely when a huge content creator did it a long time ago already.
@@RaffoPhantom I came up with it myself actually, but you know, it's not like I am the only one in the world who can have this idea. I just had fun with autodidact and thought of some perks, that might fit.
I've used this build for a while and it's helped me immensely and helped my teammates out too. Mettle of Man. Inner Healing. Renewal. Open-Handed. I take my protection hits for mettle of Man. I heal someone for renewal. Cleanse a totem for inner Healing. Open-handed is there in case someone is running Kindred, which then increases killer aura by 16m.
The 'Splatter the pain' Build Shadow Step - removes your blood trail and scratch marks and your aura wont be revealed to the killer Circle of Healing (or Self Care) - heal yourself but you need to bless a totem (for Circle if Healing) - heal yourself but you dont need to bless a totem (for Self-Care) Bite the Bullet - healing sounds are reduced and when failing a skill check it will not notify the killer Iron Will - grunts of pain are reduced to 100%
The Dark Green Witch Build: Boon Shadow Step Boon Circle of Healing Botany Knowledge Repressed Alliance Basically you play a green witch, that transforms plants found around campfire to heal, cast spells on totems, and even summons the entity. Blessed be🖤
I came up with this build. I don't know if there was a content creator who made a video on this already but I feel like it is a pretty fun build (and pretty variable as well): Lithe Dance With Me Bite The Bullet Selfcare The idea is that you use the combination of Lithe and DWM to gain a ton of distance within the three seconds of DWM, then hide somewhere and be silent with BTB. You can swap Selfcare for Quick and Quiet or Deception (or even Lucky Break) to confuse the killer more and have more uptime on your scratchmark hiding while bringing a big Medkit. I know the build isn't super strong but I really do enjoy WHEN it works.
its very refreshing when I watch any dbd video randomly. the game is very different now what it used to be back in 2016-17-18. so many youtubers are playing this. I watched this video and checked I do not have 90% perks( mostly they are new) I do not have it. thats so unfortunate you did not add old some legend perks which are so great. I played the games after watching your video with old perks and it is still fun. I appreciate your hard work and efforts. happy new year
i think my favorite build is head on, quick and quiet, blast mine, and red herring the idea is to activate blast mine on a gen, and if the killer is near-ish, you hop into a locker, activating red herring, if the killer kicks the gen they get blasted, and if they follow your scratch marks you can hit them with head on, quick and quiet is just to pull head on stuns in chase, for in endgame and such, it's a stupid fun build to try out, as long as the killer doesn't have iron maiden or something lol.
My favorite survivor perk setup is: Flashbang Prove thyself Sprint burst Unbreakable The main point for this perk setup is for sticking together with other survivors and gen rushing with unbreakable and prove thyself. (What you can make use of is that the killer is way more likely to leave you alone after putting you into the dying state when you’re near other survivors. This is a moment when unbreakable can be great.) And incase you accidentally split up from others you can use sprintburst and flashbang to keep the killer at bay. (Flashbang tip: when you are able to recognize that perfect distance from the killer to use a flashbang. Try throwing it down right after turning a corner. They then won’t see the “flashbang throwing animation” and even if they hear the flashbang hitting the ground. They will be turning the corner while looking away. This gives you a moment to get away while the killer is looking somewhere els.
Nice Builds, i gotta try some of these at some point I got a small build i use frequently called "inform and perform" (idk if that a good name but i cant think of anything else that rymes :/) Circle of healing / Kindred / Resilience / Self Aware The info from kindred is almost required when solo queuing like I normally do, and resilience + circle of healing = instant heals. and i cant live without the extra walk speed, its saved me so many times when I've hid from a killer who was chasing me.
Lucky Break Overcome Boon: Circle of Healing Botany Knowledge Item: Green Medkit This perk build mostly focuses on using Lucky Break and Overcome to lose chase as soon as you get injured, running away and leaving no tracks behind you, and then go to your Boon and heal up with the combo of Botany, COH, and the the extra heal speed of the green medkit, allowing you to waste virtually no time or literally heal mid-chase if the killer still followed you. This also means that Lucky Break is much harder to lose as you take no time to heal and stop the entire duration being used immediately, and even if Lucky Break does run out, you still have an amazing healing build and could still run away and escape from the killer with the enormous amount of distance Overcome gives you. (I would also recommend running Ace with this build, the survivor with the quietest injured noises, as there was unfortunately no room to use Iron Will with the other perks. Have fun, though!)
I had a game with the Un-Boonlieavable build with a double and a bb killer. He didn't know how to kick a boon and the entirety of the match was just taking protection hits and healing up instantly. We ended up all dying except for the random from end game collapse but it was really fun regardless
I have a funny build I made (or that I use at least) which includes: Deception, Distortion, Lucky Break and Overcome. It's kind of a mix between a sneaky and a troll/fun build, without having to use Head On and Flashbang and etc (which I don't find really funny). Also, nice video and keep on
Made it to red rank 1 with the one man army build and I confirm it works making lockers a threat for killers trying to trick me out the locker and using the blast mine as a shield to sneak team mates off the hook while using DS for the killers who tunnel you. This build made not be so much as a "Team" build but it's design to be the aggressive survivor to take the pressure off team mates and being good with loops keeps you and the killer going till they get tired of it
This is called the “Screw everyone else” build *Adrenaline* *Resilience* *Sprint Burst* *Windows Of Opportunity* I play solo every time and I gathered there are a lot of players that I play with that don’t bother to get you off the hook 80% of the time The way to play this build it to walk to a generator so you don’t activate sprint burst And when the killer comes *Sprint burst* to a direction you had planned previously loop the killer with *windows of opportunity* and quick vault with *Resilience* *Adrenaline* When the 5 gens are completed you will get an extra health state and a free speed boost to the escape the trial
Sabotuar, any means necessary, self care/ boon healing, and unbreakable/ boon exponential. This build allows you to do pretty much anything by yourself
I love the boon perks. Michaela was the first survivor I bought next was Jonah its such a good mini game experience where in I have to keep my boons up on places and making sure there is no noed activated

The “you’re not getting away that easily” build (mega exit gate no-no:) (Might have a different name but idk) - No Way Out - No One Escapes Death - Blood Warden - Remember Me

Well actually-. Oh it's 5 months old. Well I got 3 builds. The "Un-Boonlivable" build, but switch exponential with dark theory. "Bone eater", small game and inner focus/counterforce are the corner stone of the build. It can be buffed towards the bone eating with clarvoyance (and soon the new perk, overzealous), or towards the healing side with head on and quick and quiet (if you picked small game and inner healing focus ofc). And the last I started to use like 2 weeks ago, the "mobile circle of healing" (name in progress). Autodidact, Leader, Empathic connection and an exhaustion perk. You just play normally and people come to you for quick heals. And leader doesn't help with just people healing you ! (Thinking of faster unhooking and faster gate opening mainly)
Support team build : = FTB =VIGIL = CICLE OF HEELING /prove thy . = BT or dead hard it you want . I liked that that counterfoce build though very interesting
Loved the vid but this felt more like 10 diversified roleplaying builds than an actual top 10, understandably so. I run spine chill, sprint burst, borrowed time and kindred, kindred to know if I'm supposed to go for the unhook or someone else already has+ where the killer is heading after hooking , the rest pretty self-explanatory. I only ever do solo queues and I find it working pretty well for me
When I used to play on mobile, I had a build that I used to make gens my main source of power for the game. Repressed Alliance Flashbang Blast Mine Dark Sense. The main point of the build was to place a blast mine on a gen I was working on, waiting for the killer to blind themselves. Then I’d sneak up and use Repressed Alliance to stop the regression of the gen. If I got chased, I had a flashbang to make an escape or make a save. All the while using the dark sense aura reading to make the objective the strongest it could be.
My personal favorite was, quick and quite, dance with me, iron will, and lithe. You must bring a flashlight. You stun the killer with a pallet, blind them, then fast vault and disappear with your perks
The "broken-lover" Build: -Deliverence (gives broken status effect) -For the people (gives broken status effect) -Vigil (Reduce the time of recovery status effect, like the broken effect and exhaution effect!) -Dead Hard (if ur broken u can use it to escape a hit when using for the people or delivering in front of the killer) You can replace Dead Head for Borrow Time to be sure that u gonna get deliverence but u can use For the people the unhocked instead and bring a medkit :D
One I've been wanting to try out when I get the perks unlocked is a bit of a GTFO build Windows of opportunity to see resources Overcome to run away Lithe for when you're already injured and can't use overcome And Vigil to recover from exhaustion faster Basically, whenever you're not in a chase or safe behind a wall while being chased, walk so you can just lithe/overcome away
its more for when killers go after you if you're already injured like when you get off a hook or haven't been healed yet. Lithe is kinda more like a secondary exhaustion perk if that makes sense
For Survivors, there’s an OP gen build that includes Streetwise (or Blast Mine), Built to Last, Prove Thyself, and Repressed Alliance along with a purple toolbox with both charge addons. The speeds when people are repairing with you is so ridiculous
Its actually better to use a commodious or an anniversary toolbox since it has even more charge add-ons but yes this build is op. You can do at minimum 3 gens by yourself and a maximum of 4 and a half gens
I like to think I'm kinda balanced with my perks: for teamwork, I bring circle of healing, quick and quiet so it's easier to escape which, also, is a great combo with head on, so I can play agressive. Finally, Dark sense for info.
the "Disappearing Act" build Quick and Quiet Lithe Dance With Me Self Preservation (or similar) It's exactly what it looks like, killer is going to lose you
the ghost build Lithe (Sprint burst and overcome and also work), lucky break, iron will, quick and quiet Killer hits you Just vault a nearby pallet or window and just run into the wind and there's no way he can track you (for the 1st time at least)
Beautiful video. Happy New Years to you and everyone else Azhy! I am certainly going to try some of these later on. One of my favorite builds to use is Spinechill, Calm Spirit, Distortion, and Lucky Break. I call it "Undercover Support." Or I run an all healing build since I like helping people. Also, how do you feel about the upcoming Ringu chapter? I'm excited!
Happy new year! I'm excited too. I don't know much about Ringu, but the whole vibe seems quite cool, and actually seems kinda scary. I'm looking forward to it for sure.
Definitely trying some of these! I'd swap technician for stake out in the overcharge build. I'm not sure how it interacts with fast track, but in theory it should make good skill checks consume fast track tokens for up to 29% progress. I think reliably hitting greats with stake out is better than expecting to miss them with technician.
My custom build Windows of opportunity Visionary Small game Bond I call it the "Aura abuser" I don't really have to explain why I love this build so much. Windows let's me get an edge on chases, plan my routes accordingly for maximum area awareness and escape potential. Then visionary gives me the aura of gens nearby so I always know where objectives are. Small game is for totems, this is great for me cuz some killers are hex pricks so this gives me an edge. And lastly bond to let me see my team mates. You see why It an aura abuser, this gives me a visual of pretty much all I need (would add object of obsession but I'm not a masochist) Should probably call it a daredevil loadout cuz this basically gives you sight beyond sight, wait, yeah I got it! I'm calling this the "sight beyond sight" build
dude try this build it’s nutty: power struggle, flip flop, parental guidance, and smash hit. stun the killer with the power struggle and you’re literally gone
You should try a build of Better Together, Kindred, detective's Hunch, and open handed. I do that when I solo sometimes to communicate without communicating
I feel like you should of added the, empathy, metal of man, breakout and saboteur build. I feel like it’s under rated but I use it a lot and I find it to be useful
Personally i run an anti hook-camping build that consists of Self-Preservation Borrowed time Guardian and anything else, preferably dead hard to get a BT hit or kindred to time the save right
Crazy idea, what about a series where you rank how well survivors would do in each of the licensed killers respective universes (e.g. how well ash would do in resident evil or elodie in the hellraiser universe)
My favourite build will forever be Chest-Build another cool one is the time waster build (Flashbang, Blast Mine, Red Herring and Repressed Alliance) Or Locker Build (Head On, Quick and Quiet, Dance with Me and Deception)
I’m suprised the deception build isn’t on here, just to inform you on what it is it consists of -deception -head on -quick and quiet -Option, flashbang, lucky break, or distraction rock with this build it’s very easy to manipulate the killer
The Bloodpoint Build:
- Prove Thyself
- We´re gonna live forever
- Borrowed Time
- Dead Hard

We're Gonna Live Forever
Whatever else you fucking want.

Lucky Break
Overcome
Boon: Circle of Healing

This perk build mostly focuses on using Lucky Break and Overcome to lose chase as soon as you get injured, running away and leaving no tracks behind you, and then go to your Boon and heal up with the combo of Botany, COH, and the the extra heal speed of the green medkit, allowing you to waste virtually no time or literally heal mid-chase if the killer still followed you.
To 2022, Azhy!
thanks bro its a super combo nice thinking with these perks
Finally Ive been waiting for this. Now I dont have to use my old builds anymore
Support team build :
= FTB
=VIGIL
= CICLE OF HEELING /prove thy .
Repressed Alliance
Flashbang
Blast Mine
Dark Sense.
This will definitely be useful, now I know which perks I cooouuulllddd use for future use
My personal favorite was, quick and quite, dance with me, iron will, and lithe. You must bring a flashlight. You stun the killer with a pallet, blind them, then fast vault and disappear with your perks
The "broken-lover" Build:
-Deliverence (gives broken status effect)
-For the people (gives broken status effect)
-Vigil (Reduce the time of recovery status effect, like the broken effect and exhaution effect!)
-Dead Hard (if ur broken u can use it to escape a hit when using for the people or delivering in front of the killer)
You can replace Dead Head for Borrow Time to be sure that u gonna get deliverence but u can use For the people the unhocked instead and bring a medkit :D
One I've been wanting to try out when I get the perks unlocked is a bit of a GTFO build
Windows of opportunity to see resources
Overcome to run away
Lithe for when you're already injured and can't use overcome
And Vigil to recover from exhaustion faster
Basically, whenever you're not in a chase or safe behind a wall while being chased, walk so you can just lithe/overcome away
Because overcome activates when you become injured and you won’t get any value out of lithe and if you do you’re not getting any out of overcome
its more for when killers go after you if you're already injured like when you get off a hook or haven't been healed yet. Lithe is kinda more like a secondary exhaustion perk if that makes sense
i try the metal of man build, looks really fun :D thank you bro ;)
The hardcore build is crazy. I'm definitely gonna try it out.
The “If I vault I’ll never get caught” build
Windows of opportunity, lithe, dance with me, and quick and quiet. Thoughts?
I like to think I'm kinda balanced with my perks: for teamwork, I bring circle of healing, quick and quiet so it's easier to escape which, also, is a great combo with head on, so I can play agressive. Finally, Dark sense for info.
the "Disappearing Act" build
Quick and Quiet
Lithe
Dance With Me
Self Preservation (or similar)
It's exactly what it looks like, killer is going to lose you
the ghost build
Lithe (Sprint burst and overcome and also work), lucky break, iron will, quick and quiet
Killer hits you
Just vault a nearby pallet or window and just run into the wind and there's no way he can track you (for the 1st time at least)
Dance with me is better
For me its 2022 rn. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Happy new year!
Any perk recs for when you want to speed up the gen and be able to run away from the killer?
My custom build
Windows of opportunity
Visionary
Small game
Bond
I call it the "Aura abuser"
I don't really have to explain why I love this build so much.
You see why It an aura abuser, this gives me a visual of pretty much all I need (would add object of obsession but I'm not a masochist)
Should probably call it a daredevil loadout cuz this basically gives you sight beyond sight, wait, yeah I got it! I'm calling this the "sight beyond sight" build
dude try this build it’s nutty: power struggle, flip flop, parental guidance, and smash hit. stun the killer with the power struggle and you’re literally gone
Also love your vids btw can u do a killer version of this plz?
You should try a build of Better Together, Kindred, detective's Hunch, and open handed. I do that when I solo sometimes to communicate without communicating
I feel like you should of added the, empathy, metal of man, breakout and saboteur build. I feel like it’s under rated but I use it a lot and I find it to be useful
I’m literally trying to build this deck rn lol, looks fun as heck but i can imagine I’m gonna get a ton of aggro from it.
I have a tier list idea: ranking the idle animations for the killers. Like when you're waiting for a game and whatnot
Personally i run an anti hook-camping build that consists of
Self-Preservation
Borrowed time
Guardian
and anything else, preferably dead hard to get a BT hit or kindred to time the save right
13:20 poor guy had his ankles broken 😂
Crazy idea, what about a series where you rank how well survivors would do in each of the licensed killers respective universes (e.g. how well ash would do in resident evil or elodie in the hellraiser universe)
But like rank all the survivors in one universe at a time if that makes sense
The begging to get facecamped build
-Deception
-flashbang
-head on
-quick and quiet
my favorite build last year was boon circle of healing, mettle of man, borrowed time and dead hard
For the first build instead of small game you could use detectives hunch
Hoping to see a "helping the team" build
My favourite build will forever be Chest-Build
another cool one is the time waster build (Flashbang, Blast Mine, Red Herring and Repressed Alliance)
Or Locker Build (Head On, Quick and Quiet, Dance with Me and Deception)
The one man army and the un boonleivable builds are a one way ticket to tunnelsville
Idk if you do requests but killer locker grab animations would be cool
Yay they are back i love these videos
For me it's
Lithe
Dance with Me
Quick and Quiet
Insta-Heal
The killer hit me, I go pallet/window, killer lose me, i heal, I start again
7:40 maybe dead hard replacing brakeout so when yoh use for the pepole u have dead hard just in case
One of my personal favourites is the hyper situational build
Any Means Necessary
Repressed Alliance
Deliverance
For The People
Happy new year everyone!
I think some of the older videos should be remade after March, when the Ringu licensed Killer is released. Who agrees?
Any recommended perks for a solo claire redfield? hehe
Glinda Good Witch of the South: Blast mine, Flashbang, Head on and Inner healing.
Do Rank Killers Walking/Running or Vault Animations in Survivors Point of View?
how about the pip build, empathy, bt to get altruism actions, then visonary + something to find and sit on gens. Stupid idea but still a idea
I call this the trickster build
1. Boon: Shadow Step
2. Deception
3. Pebble lol
4. Iron will
i'm trying this one!
@@hannahn5364 omg thanks
I’m suprised the deception build isn’t on here, just to inform you on what it is it consists of
-deception
-head on
-quick and quiet
-Option, flashbang, lucky break, or distraction rock
with this build it’s very easy to manipulate the killer
Me who plays for years: I don't see my perks in the video.
*chuckles*
I'm in Danger
Holy fuck I needed this vid. My surv gameplay has become so boring running the same perks over and over
You should do a video ranking each killer’s sound design
