I've recently bought one of these the deluxe version and I am really pleased, I am totally new to airguns and wonder if you could tell me what scope you are using, provide a link for the magazine adapter and finally recommend the best pellets you've found for it, sorry for all the questions but it's an absolute minefield for a newbie, hope you can help 👍
Hi, They are surprisingly good for the price tag. With pellets its trial and error. Start with some SMK spitfirres. That will get you leaded in and they are cheap. Then some H&N Hammer econ. Good pellets, low price. Scopes come down to budget and intended use. Let me know what you plan to shoot at and i can recommend a couple of good budget scopes. You can find the magazine and adaptor on ebay, the cheapest place. Happy shooting.
I have had a look on the UK distributors website and no sign of it yet. I'll have a word with my favorite gun shop and see what I can find out. Its running around 14 to 15 fpe in the US. It's not a big job for Crossman to cut that back below 12. It'll cost more here too, everything does. I'll let you know what I find out.
I bought the stock based on your recommendations and will be putting the action into it shortly. Which video was it that shows what mods need to be done to the stock prior to fitting it? Thanks

Very nice Qb-78! Mine is a stock detuned non deluxe .177 🇨🇦😁 not so fancy... But it is still alot of fun and probly one of my most accurate rifles {To be proven still} Any progress on the mad potato launcher? Hahaha
Those QBs are good rifles, very underrated. The deluxe isn't much different from the standard version. Crossman did a good job on the design, the Chinese have mastered Co2 rifles now. The potato launcher is still on going, I'll let you know when I'm ready to go 😅🤣

They are good rifles and so easy to customise. I think I might do a Beeman Chief pcp, based on the same action. 👍
You can get a nice trick aluminium cap from best fittings for that filler port ... loadsa colours to choose from , think mine were £7 a piece

How on earth do you install the silencer?
I've used a gun tough adaptor. They are widely available in shops and online. You just need to get the barrel diameter right. 👍

How high are the mounts to allow for the adapter for the magazine

@@LowkeyAirgunner the QBs are a copy of an old crossman. Its quite a story but in short they copied the gun and sold them back to US customers.
@@RealAirgunAdventures it did look a bit too simmilar to the good old sheridans haha
