From what I gathered from this. Morning = Win. Evening = Loss
Weirdly enough, i also avoid playing during the evenings, it feels like people who work during the day come to play ranked in the evenings but dont really try to win, and during the early morning times is when you find the true gamers. Except weekends and holidays, those are the worst times to play lol

@@KizaruKizaru This might actually give me a reason to wake up early lol. I love playing League, but evenings and late nights are awful; I seem to get the most toxic players during those hours. I just want to enjoy the game--and yes, I do find enjoyment from healthy competition. That's why being paired up with toxic teammates increases your chances of a loss. They don't want to win or help their teams; they just want the rest of us to suffer their pain. And it is a nightmare.

He truly embodied Teemo at that point. Teemo is a cold-blooded killer who will do anything to take down his target. In other words, that play was lore accurate.

i think you kinda proved to yourself that overplaying ranked games and continuing lose streaks are really not the recipe to rank up. You might have been able to get it if you stopped after losing 2 games in a row to take a good break. Anyway pretty sure you will get it next year, love your vids :)
its not even about the loss streaks at this level of play, people are good enough and have a stable mental enough to not just get tilted to oblivion and griefing every games in the highest levels of this game, but the sleep deprivation on an adhd sufffering player just couldnt ever add to the insane grind neccessary to hit grandmaster in 40 hours. he did it because that was all he could do, for that insane amount of lp gains he NEEDED to play 40 hours straight and somehow maintain an insane winrate all the way, there was no margin for error and a miracle was needed. he would probably have gotten to grandmaster if he had one more week and could always play well rested and to the best of his abilities. If this final climb didnt absolutelly needed to be a straight marathon under pure exhaustion, he definitelly had the level to make it. unfortunatelly, when your brain can only fonction at 10% power, doing a very intense task that requires your brain to be fonctionning at 100% power is just, not possible if not for the pure luck factor.

I've only been playing league casually for 3 years, so it's always so interesting to see the amount of 4d chess that actually goes on. Like that play at 19:35 with Brian explaining why he waited was insane

I loved this series all the way! I’ve never been much for ranked games myself, I just don’t have the time to commit to be good enough for it, but league holds a special place in my heart. Thank you Brian for showing me league can be fun, and good luck next season!
you are playing at such a high level now, it's beautiful to watch. One thing I notice is you often don't use your refillable potion at the start of an all-in. If you have it ticking throughout the whole fight, sometimes you can survive with a sliver of HP. And you're going to go back after anyway, so it's not a waste.

Hope you’re taking a break from either playing Teemo or even League for a bit!! You’ve been grinding at it for so long you deserve a break from the ranked climb, must be stressful especially after this series. Make some fun and random content for awhile and then jump back into Teemo when you’re ready
This - 8 years ago - was the first video I watched of you. After 3 months I got out of league but I still watched every video of you since this - since 8 years and I was so happy when you started this journey to master and than to grandmaster - please continue I looovvveeee it!!

You know, the funny thing is that this series made me actually try in ranked for the first time since I Started playing in 2014.
I usually stopped at G4 for the skin, and moved on to trolling in normals with Friends but this year I decided to try a bit more.
I went from S4 (Which shows how little/abysmal I was) and went up to Plat 4 in 2 weeks, in under 40 games.
"Who knew if you played the game, you get better" is so real, and I'm gonna see if I can't get Emerald next season! Maybe diamond who knows (Aha, no.)

Your micro play is actually insane now though. The dodges you pulls off in laning phase are crazy impressive.
For the record, your A-click at 11:18 was on the underside of your character in the bush, closer to maiden. It's almost invisible because of the grass blocking out the red animation, but that was a misplay rather than a bug. You're still the best Teemo in the Universe tho :)
This video is one of the best videographed displays of leagues matching system... You play 40 hours and even if you were performing top notch most of the time you end up only +1lp/10 hours

Literally reached teemo enlightenment
So the thumbnail of the zephyr video tickled something in my brain, and I had to go and check. About half an hour after opening this video (and watching it) I'm laughing to myself because I did, in fact, watch that zephyr stack teemo video 8 years ago. Probably sitting in my living room, because that's where I played league on my laptop at the time.
keep it up brian. u got this. if u nail down good runes and items for certain matchups i think it can easier.
