The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.

One is my place of residence the other 2 properties will give me $80,000per/yr rent . I will have an income stream of $20,000 per yr through my super which gives me total $100,000 a yr to live comfortably . I have no debts ... Stay Motivated!!

When I decided to learn new skills, during the process I found out I need a different *mind set* and learn how to set up rules and stick to them, discipline, finances, personal development.
So far......I got $5 hourly raise with out asking (low of attraction).
Also I cut my working hours 20% and I was able to save the same amount of money that I was saving before (money management).

Good one, I have had the same problem or you can say a fixed mindset. But consciously I started reading 5 minutes a day, then half n hour a day, then it grows to one chapter or topic per day, and yes I use to keep the book just beside my pillow always. Gradually I established a habit of reading 1 book in 5 to 6 days. This is the story occured in last 6 months. May be helpful to you. Take care bro.

I have just finished "Think and grow rich"
Prior to that, I've read: How to win friends.., eSCAPE, Managing Oneself, Rich dad Poor dad.
I will say that base on these individual books, Managing Oneself by Peter Drucker and Think and Grow Rich compliments each other very well, maybe they should go hand-in-hand - But they are probably ones easier vs. excelled versions of one another.
A second option is that Rich dad.. and Managing Oneself should also go hand in hand when considering Robert K. talking about taking jobs that give you the experience you seek and Managing oneself talks about lining up yourself for the job (interview).

I've read everything on this list several times and here are a few changes I'd make:
Napoleon Hill's Laws of Success. Nobody read's this but it taught me far more than Think and Grow Rich. Think and Grow Rich is more of a generality, Laws of Success really hammers it all home.
The Miracle Morning - Short book but really good on how to get your day started correctly and on the right track.
48 Laws of Power - Robert Greene Better than Sun Tzu's Art of War (Yes I said that and it's true. The book teaches real, applicable strategy)
Unscripted - By MJ Demarco (Better than that shitty Tony Robbins money book)
The 50th Law - Robert Greene
Books on the list I don't like and why:
Tony Robbins Money: Robbins didn't make his money investing, he made it selling seminars and audio materials. If he writes a book on how to sell millions of dollars worth of audio, I'll buy that in a heartbeat. Money, Master the game was a tired, rehashed look at investing basing it all on how "the market never fails" except the market HAS failed and will fail again. Instead read "The intelligent Investor" 5 more times. Ben Graham is a genius.
E-Myth Revisted: This book is a bunch of generalities for working with employees. It's not going to help you build anything and if you've ever run a business, you'll realize that E-Myth never ran one himself. Instead Read "How to get rich" by Felix Dennis
Anything by Cardone. Cardone is a salesman, he is amazing at sales but he needs to stick to sales. The rest of the crap he talks about is just that, crap. It sounds really good to people who know nothing about business but once you get a little experience, Cardone comes up short. Instead, read "Talent is Overrated" - By Geoff Colvin.
Rich Dad, Poor Dad: Robert Kiyosaki is a clown. He made his fortune selling you seminars and his book. He doesn't know shit about real estate investing or almost anything else. I personally make it a point to ONLY listen to people who made a fortune THEN wrote a book. That's real experience. Instead of screwing around with Kiyosaki, read "Tools of Titans" by Tim Ferriss

Kiyosaki is the one who starts everybody in the path of taking control of your own money. This is why I believe everybody recommends him.
With this catchy title it opens the eyes of a lot of people (mostly people who don't have access to these kind of ideas mostly due to their surroundings) to the 'easiness' (let's just say) that other types of 'jobs' could generate an income
Once you get more and more interested in the topic you will see that the book is kind of like 'short' on the subject but nonetheless it is a good book to read, at least to me

My personal favorites and why I like them
1 - Zero To One by Peter Thiel
Peter Thiel creates a very rich and powerful theory about how every business idea should be unique and a hidden gem to avoid competition and achieve true innovation in a world of bubbles and extreme competition, in a world of imitators the ultimate innovation comes from a strange and unique way of looking at the world in small teams called startups.
2 - Conscious Capitalism by John Mackey and Raj Sisodia
John Mackey and Raj Sisodia define a new way of looking at capitalism from a more conscious and humane way, acknowledging it as the most powerful creator of wealth in the history of the world but also outlining the way to improve it and make it an even better, more compassionate system.
3 - Small Giants by Bo Burlingham
In a world of public and private bureaucracies, small business owners can create companies that generate millions of dollars every year and help them craft an exquisite life out of their success, would you rather compete with the public companies or have a unique small giant with tons of mojo and longevity ?
    4 - Emyth - Michael Gerber
Most small businesses fail because we often start a business out of what we love doing. Michael Gerber establishes a clear way of thinking about business ownership: there are 3 characters or layers inside every one of us: the manager, the entrepreneur and the technician. Most of us focus excessively on being a good technician and that's the big mistake that makes all those businesses fail, Michael gives us the perfect solution to this error...
5 - Built To Sell - John Warrillow
Complimentary to the Emyth, this short novel tells the story of how a small business owner can refine his/her business to make it sellable or at least make it a valuable business that can be ran without constant supervision.
6 - Business Model Generation - Alexander Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur
Successful business models are a science and an art, the authors show us how to use visual thinking, creativity and logic to craft, analyze and design new business models, every great business is created around a great business model and the business model canvas is a super powerful tool to design the businesses of the near future.
7 - Secrets of The Millionaire Mind - T. Harv Eker
Harv Eker will help you become better at the money game: wether is managing your own personal finances, choosing your next career goals or changing the way you see the world. This book is highly underrated because its philosophy is very straight forward and honest. Harv will help you become smarter and a better person who appreciates and has a healthy relationship with money, wealth, business, finance and prosperity.

I think the book is not only about a story of someone being under a master mentor even if it is not true the real guidance is what matters the most like the way he tells go for assets and the mistakes people make in their lives by spending all their earned money into a huge and expensive house... and there are a lot of other tricks that how rich remain rich an their money works for them to earn more money each minute, I am not a fan of business books but when I read this after one of my friend's recommendation I observed that this book is a nice introduction to a layman to get the idea how money works.

Confidence Gap by Russ Harris - how to get more confidence and how to set focus on your goals
Business Think by S.Smith, M, Khalsa, D.Marcum - the title say it all
Lean Sartup by Eric Ries - probably must read book for startuppers
Virgin Way - R.Branson - great story ! taking risk and beleiving in you and your ideas and all the asppects of being entrepreneur
Presence by Emy Cuddy - about public speaking and confidence and how your bodylanguage may affect it
Business Adventure - That a classic - it's difficult to read and all the stories are 50 to 100 years old BUT all the books these days are about success stories which are like just a tip of the all the stories, but there is no book about failures, but this the one. Everu story in there starts like another success story but end in total disaster.
Pour Your Heart Into It by Howard Schultz - Starbucks story - how to built empire and sell something that there in no need for in the beginning. Doing something that is againt to every business school studies and then after success go and give lectures in business schools
Space X and Elon Musk story I would recoment even though I don't support and agree with his approach of doing businees but still great success story and a lot to learn.
    Abut investing and Wall Street
The Hour Between Dog and Wolf: Risk Taking, Gut Feelings and the Biology of Boom and Bust - It is about traders psychology but also useful for understanding humans behavior and basic instincts in desision making
Reminiscences of a stock operator by Edwin Lefevre - well that a bible of stock trading - MUST READ anyone who is interested in trading (not investing)

Atlas Shrugged is the best book I've ever read, and you're right most people criticizes Ayn Rand after reading the word egoism without giving her the chance to change their life dramatically. Like it did with mine.

The Master Key by Charles Haanel. This is so good I made recordings of the chapters and I've been listening to a couple of chapters almost every day for several years. I think a lot of this has been known for a long time. Only a few people make a serious effort at applying it. "It furthers one to set things in motion." - The I Ching. Most people are followers. Maybe 5% have leadership potential. Without initiative not much happens.

Set small goal everyday, like read 10 pages or 15 mins. don’t force yourself into doing something that seems like a huge amount of work.
      Be consistent.
When you get used to open a book and created a habit of reading, then increase the time or the amount of pages.
      Enjoy reading.

Oh my. The secret. The secret is more for people who have drive but lack belief. Usually people lack both. Having belief doesn't always translate to action. In my opinion, the secret lacks motivation. That book would've been gold with more motivation inserted into it.
The only 3 books I need to for the rest of my life:
    1. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
    2. The law of success by Napoleon Hill
    3. How to raise your own salary by Napoleon Hill
If you lack belief, I would personally recommend:
    1. The power of the subconscious mind by Joseph Murphy
    2. The Kybalion by Three Initiates
That last book is an occult book but don't let the fictional demon worship redefinition of the word scare you. The occult was the original self help industry before the self help industry was a thing. I recommend everyone read the kybalion whether you feel like you need to or not. That book teaches so many inner truths. Its the most enlightening book I've ever read the and is sure to improve anyone's life who reads it.
    Happy reading!

The Kybalion sounds very intriguing from the excerpts, I used to study a bit of the occult but it didn't seem practical, so it's surprising to find your comment on a business video, just got the book on your recommendation. How has it helped you?
