You just discovered that the weak point of that plane is the gear. I had the same problem with mine. I advise you take a picture of the gear so you know how it goes back together. Plus she really likes to bounce up and tip stall if you land too hard. Be advised!!

Hey Brother - is this Bird a floater when out of the power/throttle? I ask because it appears that your first landing you were out of the power though you did have nose down attitude until you flared at the end... Yes , I have he all repaired and locked in now. And yes i see she will sure bounce.

Yes she is a floater but i was down to maybe 8th throttle. And thanks that is a huge compliment !
