Laura you have to have a degree in engineering, art or fabrication. You work with wood, metals, electricals, epoxy resin, plastics, you handle every tool, machine or sp equipment with ease. That's the only way I can explain it. Your work is really best quality. Probably degree in architecture. Any way every video is amazing ( except the champagne sprinkler video). Anyhoo, thanks for the lovely videos.

oh .. that was really nicely executed. The touches that you added to 'finish' it off (the brass plate, the hidden hangers) really brought the whole piece together.
Wieder ein Sonntag-Abend-Video mit den Kindern (Sohn, 7 und Tochter, 5). Großes Interesse, konzentriertes Zuschauen. Eine Auswahl der Kommentare:

Wir haben immer viel Freude zusammen und ich freue mich, dass ich meiner Tochter nicht nur selbst in der Werkstatt was beibringen kann, sondern dass sie auf TH-cam weibliche Vorbilder findet und erkennt, dass auch Mädchen so was können (meinem Sohn zeige ich das natürlich auch, aber bei Jungs ist das weniger ungewöhnlich und daher weniger schwierig zu vermitteln).

Mach ich ;-) Ich schaue solche Videos selbst gerne und dann liegt es ja nahe, dass man es mit den Kindern teilt.
Andererseits ist das mein Versuch, ihre (künftige) Medienwelt etwas positiv vorzuprägen. In ein paar Jahren wird TH-cam wahrscheinlich integral zu ihrem Alltag gehören und dann werde ich kaum noch Einfluss darauf haben, was sie sich anschauen (vielleicht auch so’n Kram wie 10 Top Girl Fails, Best Teacher Pranks etc.) Bis dahin kann ich ja versuchen, dass sie TH-cam *auch* als Raum erleben, in dem ich und andere positive und konstruktive Dinge teilen, in dem man gemeinsam lernt und sich austauscht.
Mit etwas Glück wird dieser Eindruck sich verankert haben, bevor der Schund und die Klick-Hascher-Videos in den Vordergrund rücken ;-)

Awesome lamp! Such a smart idea with those brass anchors with the hole drilled in it to attach the aircraft wire!

What a great build, so much attention to detail. Glad to see you use those new WAGO electrical connectors, I started using them last year, and I am hooked, they save so much time, so much better than the old screw blocks..

Anstatt für meine Klausur in Psychologie morgen zu lernen, schaue ich mir deine Videos an und überlege, ob ich nicht Schreiner werden sollte. Deine Videos und Arbeiten sind wahnsinnig gut!
+Dani-Dynamite ich hab auch keine lehre gemacht. kannst also auch als psychologe quer einsteigen ;) viel erfolg bei der klausur!
Um ehrlich zu sein, versuche ich das ein bisschen mit meiner kleinen Schmiede neben dem Studium. Also.. noch ist das nur Hobby, aber mal sehen. Wenn du irgendwas an Werkzeug brauchst, sag mir gerne Bescheid. Ich brauche Inspiration und Reputation :)

while I normally don't like blocky fixtures, I was highly impressed with this whole build. particularly with drilling a hole through the screws to hang it. that was very ingenious, in both simplicity and effectiveness.
