You can cookie-cut the cookies after they are baked while they are still warm. It comes out great.
I don't know if anyone said this or not but Sugar cookies are really good for cutting out shapes, so are ginger bread ones too. Also, after cutting out the cookies, freezing them before cooking them really helps them keep their shape. As long as they taste good, it doesn't matter what they look like though lol
It’s true. They put pork in some candy (mostly gummy candies). When u see gelatin just know it’s pork or cow.

When baking cookies, whenever the bottom is brown and the top is still raw, cover the tray with foil and turn down the heat and the top will cook

As a CC finatic🍪cookie baker myself that temperature stuff is…A LIEEEE! It depends on your oven. Each oven is different. I always use a low temp & like Josh said monitor it. But I stopped buying prepackaged dough a long time ago, so I make my cookies from scratch cause I’m a soft & chewy cookie lover so I’m picky lol. But yea do what works for YOUR OVEN.
Here’s a tip: a silicone mat CLUTCH!!!! Your bottoms will always be golden never burnt! 🙌🏾🤌🏾
I cook them halfway turn the oven off and let the residual heat finish them off... perfect
