That’s just how they are when they play. Check out any Pixies live footage. Kim is always smiling and nearly laughing. She says she doesn’t even realize she’s doing it. I just think playing brings them each inherent joy. I got to talk to Kelley for a few minutes after the show and she is just so happy and joyful on this tour. They are really having fun. She gave me her pick. Pretty cool night!
