Nice healthy plants are good i have two pots sitting out in the weather cold frosts the lot both have Thai Chillis in them one plant has done the normal winter thing and gone dormant , the other is still getting chillis even has new flowers lol i will definitely be saving seeds from that one .
If Brix measures the sugar content, wouldn’t a higher brix level mean there’s more sugar being made in the plant, which would make it more attractive to insect attack?
