I remember the first time I heard this. I was chilling with my best friend in highschool and we went to someones house to grab some "Scooby snacks" and I can't exactly where or who we were meeting but we were sitting in my friends Mazda 626 getting ready to blast off and he played this CD and I remember thinking how dope it was. I'm sure he got it from Rick West @ painted puppy because that's where our crew used to grab our records and mixes. I'm thinking 98 or 99
