Is there any way to adjust the horizontal position of the prints? The first number on my barcodes keep getting cut off.

Hello Samuel! Great question. You might have to get your scale serviced. Check the printer cartridge and make sure its clean inside. Also make sure that the area where the label sticker comes out is clean and does not have adhesive built up. Lastly, if you aren't using properly printed labels, you will also have this problem. Where are you located?
