Hello Sheree! Great question. I have a couple solutions for you: 1. Before you scan your item, press the TAX 1 key and TAX1 will display on your cash register display. Then you will scan your item and press subtotal to show the tax added, 2. You will need to program each of your items with a PRESET tax. Turn the key to the P position, scan the item, and enter the status code, 600000000 for preset taxable items.

Please follow along carefully and make sure everything is placed securely. After you are done replacing the paper roll and closing the cover, you should press the CLEAR key.

Hello! Thanks for watching and good question! You cannot switch between the two tax rates. You need to program one PLU key with tax rate 1 and another PLU key with tax rate 2. You can watch this video, th-cam.com/users/shortslSbsqoP6Xp0 to learn how to active Tax Rate 1 on any PLU key. For tax rate 2, please check your register manual for the code!

Hey George! Sorry we couldn't get back to you sooner. If you followed along with the video, then this discount function will only work in a particular sequence. So like in the video, if the item is $9 and I want to discount 10% off of it, I would press .01 (you don't need to press the period key) followed by the % key you selected when you programmed it. If you see the discount displayed right after, then the programming was done correctly. If it did not work, most likely the programming settings weren't done correctly.

Hello! There are two latches on opposite ends of the Nutrifaster N450, simply open up both latches and then you can open the top lid of the juicer.

Hello! R:OFF means your customer receipts are turned off. If you have this particular register then the key [RCPT ON/OFF] should be able to control this setting. If you leave your register on R:OFF (no automatic receipts) then you will have to print one manually after each transaction if required. You can print it by pressing cash again after you end the transaction.

Hello Samuel! Great question. You might have to get your scale serviced. Check the printer cartridge and make sure its clean inside. Also make sure that the area where the label sticker comes out is clean and does not have adhesive built up. Lastly, if you aren't using properly printed labels, you will also have this problem. Where are you located?
