Great tutorial Danielle, thank you. And thank you to the lady who told you.😃👍
Hi Danielle, you can absolutely end your threads with the loop method. I start and end all my threads with the loop method and it's been a total game changer! I never turn my work anymore!
This was a excellent video Danielle. Thank you so much. I like the way you say your going to do a video ,you get right to it. Very Reliable!. Take care.
Thanks for this video. I’ve watched several on this single strand loop method, but yours is crystal clear! (I actually had to watch it again while I stitched, because I’m a very visual “ learn as I go” person. Thank you for sharing with us. It’s truly been helpful!😊
Thanks for this video. I saw one a few months ago but the person doing the video said that the first stitch would always be two strands, Thanks to showing how to do it without that happening.
Thanks!
Thank you!!!! Much appreciated.
Hi Just wanted to tell you that i am really enjoying your daily videos...Thanks
Thanks! for showing us the single strand loop method. I really appreciate it!
Perfect timing , just started a project that is so many colors and I’m using only one thread !!
Thanks so much , Kim T
Really well for two strand too when you're confetti stitching
Hi Danielle! Thanks for sharing! I will try that when I need to use one strand for backstitching. Enjoy the day!
I may need to try this with my blackwork pieces. Thanks Danielle!
That's pretty cool. Easy to do. Thank you
I defo need to try the one strand loop start!
Terrific video Danielle! Thank you so much! I tried it with my current project on linen, and it worked great! 🥰
Wow, thanks so much for sharing this!
Thank you, thank you ,thank you !!! Fantastic tip. I am stitching a Thea gouverneur at the moment , using 1 strand on 18 count , this will make my stitching much neater and quicker! Love your videos xx
Thank you for doing this! I hate flipping my work around all the time. This is great! 👍🏻😁
So helpful!
I just saw that video myself and I happen to be working with blended threads and HATE stitching over tails so I tried this method with the two blended threads and it worked perfectly! This is also going to be helpful for me when I work with precut floss because it's always too short for me to loop lol.
Thank you so much for that. I will for sure be using that method.
GENIUS!! 😮
Cool method thank you for showing this 😍😍👍👍
Thank you for a great tutorial
It worked, thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much . I just used it and love it
Hey Danielle
I use this method. Now I need to learn how to end with it. I’ll wait to watch your video. Also, was wondering if you could show us how you covered your qsnaps. Thank you.

gotta try this!!!
That was very helpful 🤗 thanks !
Now this video I got much better than the one Sally posted on her IG as you verbally walked us through this method. Typically I don't turn my work over when securing my thread ends, however, at times it is required. This will eliminate that extra step. Just so I have it straight here, though, we come up in the top right of the square we're beginning with correct? I have all the other straight in my brain! Tyfs 🥰
Yes!
@@Stitcherista perfect thanks! 🥰
Thanks so much. Great technique to know.
Thank you for for this! It will be fantastic for backstitching!
Great tip!
Thank you!
Terrific tip! Thank you! And……in the words of Kyle: “Let the F _ _ks fly and say “no” to acid” 😆 Have a wonderful weekend!
Yes you can end the same way .( the needle bug ) Karen ,had videos to show this method .🥰
Dziękuję ❤
You always have the best tips! I have a question for you. I'm a major highlighter on my patterns. I thought I heard you say you highlight too. How do you handle color charts? Everyone seems to love them, but I'm like how do I highlight!? Do you have any tips on how to keep your place when using color charts? Hope that made sense. Thanks!
Color charts I don't highlight. I will only use color charts if they are easy to follow.
Can you do this when doing tent stitch?
I suppose you can, yes. Give it a try!
Hmm, so do you have a lot of little 1/4" threads sticking out on the back side? No big deal, just curious.
It is a tiny thread on the back since I am only one square over from where I start stitching.
