I just wanna thank you sooo much Anna for influencing me to stretch, ever since I’ve started watching your videos last year. I used to watch 3 stretching videos a day last summer, and a year forward, I’ve now been stretching all by myself without having the need to watch any practice videos! It’s like I kind of internalized the idea of stretching, (thanks to the many poses you’ve had taught me!!❤) and now I am capable of doing splits and so many more with EASE. ALL THANKS TO YOU!!! I am literally so proud of Anna because I was struggling with split in a really really hard want to get this played and I have been practicing like 4 1/2 weeks and I literally got my splitter like literally I was so happy and I almost got my middle split❤
