Very very insightful of you. At 4:10 you mention something us fans may haven't realized..... Imagine this girl fronting your band... I for one would be cloud nine.... oh and by the way...the song is about the nuclear winter Japan had to endure after getting pretty fucked up in WW2... hence the fire..... Su's emotion .... the band .... everything,,, actually a lot of they're first songs were about that

Quite impressive for a 16 year old - BABYMETAL were the youngest average age female band to headline at the Budokan ... they sold it out two nights running.
I see 4 men there playing instruments. They look older too.

The song title combines the characters for red (aka) and moon (tsuki).
On the track listing they have replaced the character for "aka" with "kurenai" (a deep red or crimson), as a tribute to the X-Japan song 'Kurenai'.
I finally got to see this one live in Austin, TX on the 2018 tour.

The blood moon or red moon represents the sorrows and pains of life, and you see it a lot in Babymetal... and the main topic in this song about damaged and lost love. The climax where she raises her pinky finger is symbolizing the spirit of 'kizuna' in which no matter what happens, lovers are tied together for life by their pinky fingers with an invisible (red) thread...

Random thought, at about 10:12 the stage starts spinning again but Su does not miss a beat. She doesn't even check her balance. I'd be flailing my arms around trying to get my balance but I'm clumsy. :)
You might be surprised but Suzuka might be more clumsy then you are. :-)
But Su-metal is a trained professional that had probably already been training on that stage for a week in some warehouse.

Well the song has really nice lyrics too, the amazing thing with this performance is that after the solo, she totally unleash her voice and begin pushing harder and harder going on with a natural vibrato, almost frightening, so impressive!

One of my top 3 favorite Babymetal songs right here :) This one has major X Japan vibes! I swear it sound like Yoshiki wrote this song it is so good X3 I really think they wanted to go for that X Japan ballad type of song with this, the way it is structured is just like it.
If you don't know X Japan please react to Kurenai from the Last Live you will not be disappointed and it helps with Babymetal understanding because they pay lot of tribute to X in the stage shows and so on ^^
Passio - X Japan is one of many artists that I’ve been listening to as a result of Babymetal. Thus far I’ve heard Blue Blood and Jealousy. Definitely a good choice for a reaction.

This one is not so good for a reaction but please listen to Art of Life if you can ^^. The song is about 30 minutes long and a true masterpiece. If you want to get your other reaction through one guy cut tiny little pieces out every minute. Like a frame or two. And that worked. They are also in the Headbanger live at Legend of 1997 video that a lot of people react to. Someone did that in the video itself to get it up on youtube.
