So basically, feel into previous dynamics which we are currenty using, or which are using us. For example an emotion of shame due to being short. Instead of avoiding the pain, finnish the movement pattern of the dynamic within the body, and then bring that pattern/dynamic back to homeostasis by feeling it to our centre? As in, accept the feeling of being short, instead of avoiding it. and allow the feeling into our body and move with it, as it presents - shame...and then allow ourselves return to base state/ homeostasis ? And if we get stuck, we can develop a positive dynamic (for example feeling free while playing an instrument) and if we think about this experience and bring those positive feelings back into the body this replaces the negative feelings or dynamics in the body I guess this same processs is the same for every dynamic whether its traumatic or not
