We leave trees up until the Feast of the holy Family in January... the Christmas season ends with the Feast of John the Baptist in mid to late January..... so it is good to do that!! Like your decor so much!
We do something like that too! I like ushering in the different seasons with the liturgical year. I think last year we used the Feast of John the Baptist and will probably do that again this year. Then we keep things somewhat bare for Lent, and then put things up again for Easter!

We do have a large fake tree it's so nice and we got it for $20 on Facebook marketplace, but we keep that in our entryway, which is downstairs from out main living area, so we will also cut down a small beautiful but sparse tree from our property for upstairs, I'll add lights and minimal decorations, most of the ornaments will be on the fake tree because the "branches" are stronger 😂 but I love the way the simple tree looks too, so we get to have both. I leave my tree up until after the Christmas season, January 9th or so, my son's birthday is January 8th, and he loves to have a birthday tree 😂 so it works out well! I'm the opposite of you (an American living in Canada) and I grew up with the tradition that the day after American Thanksgiving was the day to put up all the Christmas decorations. Of course in Canada the decorations go up earlier because Thanksgiving was last month and there's no traditional "decoration day" here (as far as I can tell). I'm always torn about when to do it myself. I love Christmas and want to decorate, but can't get past wanting to do Thanksgiving justice first. 😅 Anyway, I just wanted to say I love your videos. I have my tree up already - mostly decorated. I started Autumn decor in August because we had awful weather here in England. So I felt festive much earlier and I love how creative you can be at Christmas.
I wanted you to know your content you make is worth it. In either your last video or the one before that, you mentioned that you didn't know if it was worth it. In that same video you added a song and in the lyrics it was saying, thankful. I began to sing those words and my heart was so full of Thanksgiving to our King Jesus and all that he has done for me and my family. I needed a prospective check. I needed to hear those words. Thankful... Thank you and once again your content matters.
