I would add a fourth factor, in addition to the game plan for the match, the player should have a plan for what to do at times when he feels he is beginning to lose the tennis arm-wrestle.
@@krzysztofjuskiewicz that’s the “monitor your mentality” piece. I’m having success with players by asking them to scrutinize their mindset immediately after a mistake, rather than allow mistakes to build up and lead to mental contamination. Thanks for your input.
