Salt Lake City resident here. I wish I could text you haha. We've had some massive pressure changes lately. Plus the elevation, in combination it can make people get migraines, headaches, fatigue, and maybe in your case vertigo, especially after travel. If had to put money on it, that would be my guess, at least part of it.
Your Netflix special had me and my wife in stitches. She in particular was hunched over laughing and fist bumping me. She's never done that before.

I had a friend in high school that used to get dizzy spells and we didn't know what was going on. We used to spend a lot of time in and around water doing typical teenager in the backwoods activities like jumping into quarries, cat fishing, frog hunting. Some of our favorites were seeing who could swim the furthest, dive the deepest, and hold their breath the longest under water. Turns out he was susceptible to inner ear infections. But yeah it could be anything from the "gubmint", blood pressure, some deep undealt with inner emotions that revolve around control or lack there of, altitude, barometric changes, or you're becoming completely Tok'd...sounds like the easy answer here is to agree with Hannah and get back to having a good time.

I’ve had vertigo, and also struggle with “vestibular” migraine. Both are nuts. Plain horrible.
    You have described it perfectly.
Also, when I was one year old in 1979, and my Dad was in his twenties, he had an incident which was pretty interesting.
He was a truck driver, and was driving on the freeway, when suddenly the world just spun out, and somehow he managed to pull over.
The police came and helped get him to a hospital. He was vomiting and suffering immensely. Of course the police suspected drugs or alcohol. But the fact that he did not improve one little bit for the following weeks ruled drugs and alcohol out.
He had to have his eyes bandaged shut, because every time he opened them, he would start vomiting again.
He was hospitalized for weeks, and was out of work for months, sick and virtually blind in bed.
The only “answer” the hospital ever gave him, was that there was something wrong with his equilibrium, and they didn’t know if it was ever going to get better or not.
When the world spinning finally started to slow down, I was just learning to walk, and my mom took pictures of me “teaching” Dad to walk.
It was crazy. It was also hard because of how misunderstood he felt. No one really knew what happened or why. It just happened.
Because we are a Christian family, and we believe in the Spiritual, unseen world just as much as the visible world, we know the Lord allowed it for some reason, and personally, I think it may have been a spiritual attack.
    Only God knows.
He’s 64 now, and it’s never happened since. He still surfs, rides his motorcycle, and is a blessing to everyone he knows.

"I've gotten dizzier listening to this."
Is EXACTLY the vibe I got from that "article". Sounds like hipster mumbo jumbo.
But I think I'll like where the skit takes us...
We'll see if we're having a good time.

According to Wim Hof, the iceman, some people fet the vertigo from not getting dizzy enough. His treatment recommendation is to get dizzy for about 5 minutes a day. Just spin in a circle a whole bunch. Of course he also recommends sitting in cold bathtubs so take that how you will.
