The Crested is a breed of domestic duck. It was probably brought to Europe from the East Indies by Dutch ships. It has its appearance because it is heterozygous for a genetic mutation causing a deformity of the skull. (AKA) poofy afro
The big white non afro ones are likely tasty little domestic ducks... you might have tried them as pekin duck. the crested is a different breed. just to clarify its not a younger duck.

Ayo has always had great content! Even when he was pulling firearms and wedding rings from under bridges in rivers. (Yeah I saw that and the swimming with the manatee - and many more great under water footage. I even saw the 8 lber when he was in the kayak. I did follow shortly after the first time assisting LoJo with his video (I believe it was a catch and cook). Love seeing the great content you create!

AYO when you said you needed to channel you inner Davy Gravy I about lost it. I honestly laughed so hard I woke my wife up. To tell you how loud I laughed. She has a floor fan on high, the ceiling fan on high and a noise machine on max volume. And my laugh woke her up. The Afro is just a genetic mutation. Certain ducks are bred specifically for the little Afros but it will naturally pop up from time to time. Super late sorry lol
