In questa lezione allenamento del DAM THANG destro e sinistro, i Pugni Diretti.
Un lavoro molto importante per rendere più reale l'ampio ed efficacissimo programma di Vovinam che troppo spesso viene lavorato solamente a memoria per portarlo all'esame, ma senza conoscerne davvero le applicazioni reali. Il metodo migliore è allenarlo con le dovute protezioni così da non farsi male e potersi avvicinare il più possibile alla realtà.

@VovinamFlemington thanks..I will upload also Dam Moc, Dam Lao, Dam Muc in the next days..I think it's an important training we must do in Vovinam because I really think Vovinam is one of the best and complete martial arts..but sometimes we need more reality, bye ;)
