I recently read Caraval for the same reason as it's been on my TBR for over a year so it was indeed time and I also wanted to read this series before jumping into once upon a broken heart series. I was the same after reading the seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo, no other book has come close to the amount of emotions I felt while reading that lol
I finished off to the races (gold rush ranch ) series by Elise Silver I gave 2 of them 5 stars
