Hi mate. I’m in the north also and I think those prices a very fair and reasonable. I’m making the move to self employed early in the new year. Nervous but looking forward to it. Merry Christmas and have a happy new year! 🥳

Hey mate, great video. Phillips head screw driver on those vanity draws mate, just to the side of the door facia. Quarter turn until they come free, almost spring loaded
Thanks for sharing, hope you had a nice Christmas! Those drawers, there’s usually a button or levers on the metal rails that stops them coming all the way out you just normally push them in.
Nice work Dan. Services take a certain amount of time as long there's good access.. repetitive i guess but you don't always want to rack your brain.. roughly how long does each one take you ?
How do you find the magnet on that TPI? Not sure if it's just mine but I find it's sliding down the cases quite a bit, doesn't seem strong enough. Thanks for the video, it's very informative.
🤣 How do you disengage the locking mechanism to take out a drawer. So true. @07:10 diameter of a pound coin is 22.5 mm whereas a gold sovereign is 22.05mm 🤫 Changing out mono mixer cartridges is a ball ache. ---> Scrap bag.
Good work! Funny you should mention O2 sensors, my FGA has been back twice now, had the O2 sensor replaced each time but it still shows 19 or 21 or whatever % it feels like. Its going to have to go back for repair again. The first year I had it, it was fine, since its been serviced its been useless. Why can't they just admit the sensors they're using now are rubbish.
Pause at 12:33 where your right hands fingers are, that little plate comes off and reveals the mechanism that allows the drawers to pop off. Pain the the ass they are.
Thanks Dan , where do I sign up ! , I’d do those boiler services all day for that money , just finished an 8 hour shift for minimum wage 😂. I know where you’re coming from though, day in day out it’s going to grind your gears. 👍👌
Draws around waste plumbing ! Only women get this. More crap ! Two hinged doors and some toilet rolls and a bottle of bleach. Job done for a man. Not being sexist but it is true. I find that most drawers bump out easier than you expect. They make newer kitchen drawers that way as easier for installers and the client or plumber sometimes benefits when it comes to vanity wotnots
