I really enjoy the non-live games where you have narration and fun cinematic shots. I also love that you guys use the big monsters and gods even if they're not the most optimal. It makes things so fluffy and fun.
Aside from Kragnos, the gods are super optimal right now in 3.0. You'll see Archaon, Nagash and Alarielle in every tournament list that can take them, pretty much. At least OBR in regards to Nagash, though he's popular in Soulblight too but not an auto include there. A bit cloven in regards to that personally, honestly. Always feels less like a wargame to me when nearly half of an army's point cost is sunk into a giant hero monster. But I'm an old fantasy battles nerd where the mechanical focus was much more on the armies than the people leading them, so there's clear bias there. On the flip side, the logistics of playing hordes without trays is super annoying. Tend to land somewhere in the middle for AoS myself, without named characters even though they're super good right now with 3.0's monster/hero focus, but still fairly elite armies for logistical reasons.

Despoilers get to heal monsters and Daemon Princes on a 4+ in the hero phase. Don’t know if that rule was forgotten or just not mentioned because it didn’t go off, but figured I’d mention it!
Love these sorta games really close and lots of backward and forwarding. Crazy unlucky with the rolls on Dark Master for Ridge but Jordan also had 2 turns of not being able to cast anything lol.
I was crying out when Ridge didn't use The Dark Master on Alarielle turn 1, what was the reasoning behind holding it? Jordan called Broken Ranks so keeping her locked down would have saved a potential additional point there, and kept her locked in. Playing to give away the double in to turn 2 and keeping her there for 2 turns?
I didn't because I was in a good position to hold both of the objectives with my two hero's (which I did) so it would have been absolutely perfect had I won a prio, or had I rolled a 3up for ANY OF THE SHOOT, CHARGE, OR COMBAT procs... LOL can't believe how many times I failed it
It seems like Monstrous Takeover wasn't used correctly by Sylvaneth since it requires Monster to contest the objective "that you control at the end of this turn". So if you don't control it, you can't score that battle tactic. Great game anyways!

Yeah, I could have used it to keep the sorcerer lord hidden but he wasn't really in danger, everything else was up in the thick of it. Great shout though, that rule is so so good
I really love your battle reps. Awesome job! Tho I have to complain about one thing. „Navigate the realmroots“ does not exist anymore. Jordan used it 44:52 to teleport the Dryads from one Awakened Wyldwood to another. The Wyldwoods got a complete new Warscroll. No more teleporting. 😱
Great match! I noticed both of them piled in away from closest enemies. Other than that they were spot on, if both people do it then it's no even a problem 😄
Hey Jordan, isn’t the Sylvaneth list illegal since you need at least 2 sub-commanders? Sub-commanders can only be assigned to a leader if it has less than 10 wounds.
Yep, you're right - I originally had another small hero that I dropped for more revenants (forgetting about the battalion), so thats an error on my end, thanks for pointing it out!
