Anyways to my point, he drops his 'multi-watchers' comic and you'll be able to read it, but inside is just a physics book and it's a fake. Sans really likes messing with us huh? Guess we deserve it. (I did NOT find this out, someone on the internet did. Zero credit to me whoever found this originally)
Thing is, he also makes up another story if you lose to him again after he reveals that the whole universe jumping story was fake. The new story he makes up is DEFINITELY more ridiculous, with it just being Sans coming from an entire race of Sans that ends up being studied by a bunch of people in suits, but funnily enough it also kinda makes fun of comments like this. Where the whole message of the story is “People take the things that I say and do so seriously, without realizing that they’re kinda missing the actual point.” Which is obviously referring to people over analyzing the lore of his character. Now I’m not saying nothing in his original story can be true because of this, but there’s definitely an indication that it doesn’t actually mean anything, and Sans was just making up crap the whole time.

And if Starlight Isles gave you a toned down megalovania imagine what the genocide route will be like from this point onwards.

In a surprising bit of reflection/transparency the Devs not only realized their issues in developing this section, but they told the public about it too. (Ignoring the obvious, "it's a free fan-game made as a hobby" type stuff.) So they didn't set the scope for this area early on and became over-ambitious. They also didn't have a solid plan for the progression of the area and things changed constantly. That and a few other things they mentioned should be better managed from this point on though.
There's actually an extra route to this game. If you start genocide but then abort it, you get an entirely different neutral route. The way to do this that gives you the most unique content is by sparing Asgore after killing eveyone in ruined home. You also get a unique act if you intentionally misss every attack in the genocide crossbones fight.
there’s so much in this game that I never even knew there was there yet, the sleeping cutscene, the hammering one, and so much other small stuff that add so much. Not only that, but the game makes it feel like the underground is in a catastrophic event and literally tries to fight back against you with sans not holding back from fighting you at all and the navy showing their true strength. I can’t wait for the next demo and watching you react to it, thank you for showing this game to so much people.

The Harry and Larry fight is seriously so messed up. They were trying to run away from you, completely scared of you and you still follow them until they are backed into a corner. The whole time you have the opportunity to Back Off numerous times but you still choose to follow them to kill them. Then they slowly realize that there is no way out other than fighting you. Then there’s the fight itself. The whole fight they are spareable so you can end it whenever you want. They keep healing each other when they get to low HP, desperately trying to keep each other alive (Yes, Larry would have been healed by Harry, so you Merg did have to push him to win the fight), and at one point Harry runs out of healing items for Larry, and he resorts to feeding him pocket lint (“Harry desperately feeds Larry some pocket lint!”) just to stay alive. They are fighting for their LIVES. Finally, you push Larry off the mountain when he’s at low HP. Harry tries to reach for him, but it’s too late and he had to watch his best friend falling off and dying in a very gruesome way. He kneels, shaking in complete despair. You can no longer spare him, so you need to kill him too to finish the fight. Also you one shot him, because of his despair after losing his best friend. Yeah. Very messed up.
also they were fighting to survive… desperately trying to survive and fighting for there lives unlike other bosses who want to kill someone they know they cannot defeat. kinda stupid when they do that.

I do agree that the pacifist run had a lot of filler and was pretty slow paced, but I do think that’s kinda what it’s made for. The whole idea about the genocide route in the first place is about turning a game into a chore (grinding and stuff) and while this didn’t seem to have very much grinding but skipping all of the fun dialogue and stuff fits into that idea of making a game a chore. So in a way having a longer pacifist with more filler really helps make the genocide route seem different

Then reveals it's just his superhero persona's origin story. In my opinion when fan games go all out on that stuff a lot of the time it usually gets kind of... dumb. So it had me a little worried at first, but I like how they dealt with it.
PLEASE try the ruthless route muffet fight but instead of just struggling and attacking muffet try scaring the dogs, it's one of my favorite alternate fight paths.
What I found amazing about genocide muffet fight is that there's a different way to defeat her which is to do a combination of talk and scare. It is a bit harder since it has more attacks and different attack patterns than just normal genocide. But it is definitely interesting that it is there.
