I dont know what to say. All i know is, i woke up to my phone screaming at me from players who has now left gwent for good, i was very sad when youtubers talked about it. But thats how it is. Thanks for sharing the list as always.
Really the reverts are just whatever. It just means Raid Warriors will be even more popular. NG wasn't that strong last season so it's reverts aren't that big a deal, although Renfri NG is pretty heavily incentivized.
Over the last year there hasn’t been a season where I haven’t played Druids at least to try how they feel. As a self proclaimed expert on the matter I decree that this season the marsh room circles have sprouted a plenty and that the druids of the skellige circle are eating good. I’n my experience, historically, the strongest version of the deck has always been druids with fucusya, truffle with the discard package. This season a lot of stars aligned and both the discard package and gedtneith saw buffs, meaning that this deck lost is in full force.
Yes,let's make only control option for monsters 9 power/13 prowisions, like hjalmar in skelige, who have 10 power, choses unit to clash with, have easier time to collect armor and have additional ability
I don't really want to see Riptide nerfed more, but it is a card played in virtually every Monsters deck and Monsters was the best performing faction last season.
Haven’t played Gwent for several months but maybe I will return for a short stint. The BC can’t replace the drop of new cards by any means. I really miss them.
Other than a handful of dumb unnecessary changes and reverts, this month looks pretty good don't you think? Most of what you placed were in top and good tiers. Also, I think a lot of us would appreciate it if you posted your own list before the season ends? I understand most changes are up to the major "coalitions" or whatever but I'd also love to hear what you think.
Yeah there's a lot of interesting things to try out. I used to do my own suggestions but stopped when the main influential groups became clear. I might start doing it again though if people are interested anyway.
@@platinumpatrol2964I’d say I’m pretty interested in it anyway because the general consensus in the so called “coalitions” is that we are beginning to run out of obvious and uncontroversial changes, specifically when it comes to power nerfs. Thus meaning that generating and spreading new and interesting ideas is all the more necessary
Axel being 11 for 7 is completely fine with all the power creep and buffs every archetype has gotten. People are just ptsd voting. MO has multiple cards at 7p that slam for more points. Golyat, rat catcheres, crones, pugo, mantacore. For 2 provisions more you get kiki queen which is unstoppable and answer or lose. Its just okay because there are players with 5000+ games in MO, 0 in every other faction voting for nerfs
Nope. It's not neutral, it's people prioritizing their personal biases over the long term health of the game. The reason we have 20 buffs and nerfs each season is so that we can't powercreep the game too much (even though we already did that). Nerfing inconsequential cards just means more and more powercreep.
I know the gwent subreddit is usually the first to break the going ons, but I hate Reddit. Like hate it. I refuse to log on. Can we get a discord that’s actually used? We can’t let Redditors continue to monopolize topics
You can see the changes on the Gwent website immediately if you look at the cards (which is how the Reddit gets them so fast I believe). Otherwise, they do show up in game as soon as the council is done. You can click the bell thing at the bottom for what's new and there's a balance council voting results section.
SK is so op on ladder, what should we do???
Council: nerf NG!
It's great, except for the parts that aren't.

Druids is my favorite SK deck - but I always end up with Crow messenger. It's bad, but I cant help it.
@ crow messengers are always a good inclusion

It’s fine at 9 power
I think 9 power is fine, it still does what it used to do

They can't, but it's a lot better than nothing. The card drops were really exciting, especially as a creator.
Bro all my cards are in NG and they keep getting cards and don't have enough scraps to make new decks. This is so stupid
They ruined henry and calveit,so i cant play assimilate to climb.i like nilfgaard but they nerf it all the time
.
I have no sympathy for you. Try another faction sometimes.
Is it true that this game will close next year? Or is it later on?
The developers aren't adding any new cards anymore, but the servers aren't going to be shut down if that's what you mean by closing the game.
@ oh ok thank you for the info i interpreted it wrong then

Where does the balance coucnil outcome get posted?
Gwent reddit seems to post it the fastest
you can also find it in game. Go to the ' what's news' tab/button in the bottom left and then go to balance council voting results
@@SwingsRoundabouts ah, they have hidden it well, thank you.
unfortunately every council Nilfgaard gets worse
Monthly balance is too fast
it's not imo, keeps the meta healthy (mostly)
W takes

Nevertheless, changing power to Living Armor is _neutral_ by definition 😅😊
