The beginning of a new era. Today will be a day that I will remember for the rest of my life. This song and my world around it, will forever be changed. This is the hardest song I’ve ever had to write and sing, but it’s my favorite for that exact reason. God brings people into our lives for a reason. Some are meant to stay while others are just passing through teaching us a lesson. My stepdad passed away 3 days ago from terminal cancer. My heart is absolutely shattered. That big ole tall giant of a man hung the moon and stars in my eyes. His grandbabies will always remember their Poppi 😢 he fought so hard and spoke of the future up until the day he left us. Thank you for 35 years of memories and unconditional love. , for guiding us and making us who we are today. Forever grateful for your love for mama and for taking us 3 hardheaded kids in and loving us unconditionally as if we were your own. I love you and miss you so much daddy😢
