Omg 😮 it's so perfect! I would love to see a new Judith Ward's home. Her house doesn't look like a celebrity house at all and doesn't fit the stunning view from the hill. It looks like an old farm 😅 she's so red and white like a Queen of hearts and they gave her the blue. No terrain paints, not a single bush of roses. Btw I love this new minimalistic vibe ❤ so detailed and so clean at the same time. It rise the work behind colors, shapes and architectures. Thank you so much for this renovation. I would definitely download it
Not a Base Game set of townies, but the Delgato family from Brindleton Bay would be a nice one to build a new home for. That house is massive and is not very well laid out. They deserve better.

I didn't think I had a favorite toilet until you said that. But my favorite toilet is the base game Old Time Antique in the white swatch. It's just such a good Toilet™ shape. When I think of a toilet, I think of a toilet in that shape. I use it in every single build.

My favorite base game toilet is the modern relief. I like it because it looks like my toilet in real life lol. I also really like the cats and dogs toilet but it is spendy so not so good for budget builds.
I have two fave toilets…if I’m doing a basegame or more low-median income, I use the Moderator (I think that’s what it’s called) cause I like the shape and it’s not super pricey. But if I’m doing a luxury build…the toilet from Snowy Escape is my go-to 😂 I like that it’s a bidet. So luxe. Also for townies…have you done Roomates? I feel like maybe you have and I’m forgetting…but their current house is awful 😂
Idea for the Landgrabbs. They’re old-money, and canonically swimming in money. So how about an old-style mansion or castle, with the interior renovated to be either vintage glamour, like old money “why buy new when the old is so much better”; or ultra modern, like so far up the cutting edge of fashion, they are The Point. Personally, mansion will probably fit better, something along the lines of Buckingham palace but slightly smaller; but a castle would certainly scream Old Money.

I like this so much more than the current house! EA builds really are pretty awful, so I love seeing these builds so I can get new ideas for them. I really like the layout, and how you kept a lot of the traditional elements of the build but made it feel much more modern.
