I did not understand your question. Please be clear..point not operating may have many reasons...first is it mechanical problem or electrical..and we need to follow circuit for electrical failure or if point operating, then adjust the point.
This point machine and locking clamp system introduced to railway vy HDC Ltd during 1992, even they imported from France, Austria, UK. and also supplied to Konkan railway
After setting, closed switch gets completely locked and open switch partially locked. It is not declutching after setting of point. It is locking after setting of point. I will discuss this point in next video please

In SCR, while yard remodelling, which type of point machine we shall insist for install, IRS or TWS and with or without clamp??
TWS WITH P CLAMP AND SSD is being provided for enhanced safety and increase speed in SCR also.

In ratlam division gauge testing is done in 7 days periodically this order is passed by authorities.....
Local orders can be given...as per SEM once is 15 days or as per local conditions...you can reduce it but cannot increase the duration.
