    You should be very careful about real estate in Turkey and Egypt. Quality of construction in these countries is very low.

      Generally consistent with 3rd world or emerging nations. It's usually factored into the price.

    Turkish citizenship is good as a second citizenship, it is a very beautiful country and it would be really cool to own a Mediterranean sea facing property there. I don't know why is so bad about it. And Turkey is a proper country, unlike most other CBI programs, which are mostly small islands.

    Hi sir, I am from India , I am looking for passport which qualify for USA EB2 visa category. As I am from India I am not qualified for EB2 visa

      Every nationality is eligible for EB-2, only backlog differs.

      all nationalities are eligible for EB2 only backlog may differ I think you mean E-2 (Treaty investor visa) which has certain countries that are in the treaty with the US the only options are Grenada and Turkey in the past Chinese used Grenada passport to gain E-2 visa into the US without losing visa free access to china but now the US did put a condition of living in Turkey or Grenada for 3 years before being eligible for E-2 visa to USA after getting citizenship so it became harder.
