I am wondering specifically for Canadian if you need the ACTA certification? I know that Ontario has TICO which apparently is required but I don’t know for the other provinces.

I can't advise for Canada as in USA we have different rules.

Correct - no state license needed.
what if i want to sell only domestic and international flights do i have to take non related trainings like cruise ship or disney?
It is best if you do the trainings like Centrav to learn about how their systems work to book flights. Domestic flights are harder and lots of work.
