I would say that those who uses modern tools, are professional craftsmen. Master craftsmen doesn't need any modern automatic tools to create amazing items.

Tirion Gaming a master craftsman is a master because of what he can do. one of the hardest parts of forging anything is knowing if it is too hot, or too cold and it takes a practiced eye. if you dont have that down it doesnt matter what kind of tools you use.

Очень толстый ствол для такого маленького калибра - толстые стенки. Орудие с большой скоростью полета снаряда - скорее всего зенитное.
