I took a chance with a dress a year ago that was too small. When I asked to exchange for a bigger size, they sent me the bigger size and said I could keep the smaller or give it away. So, based on that, I've ordered several items since, two skirts and a few sweaters and have loved the quality and fit. I'm surprised by the quality, and I don't buy cheap stuff. You do have to be careful about sizing, and often they are smaller than usual.
Hi! When I had returned a few items they told me the same thing which was really surprising! They definitely are good quality for the price which is also surprising. I do agree with you that you have to be careful with sizing of certain items.
Nothing against you or your video but I am just here to comment on the terrible shipping situation with this company (since the company conveniently doesn’t have reviews). The clothes are decent but on the two occasions when i placed an order my items were extremely delayed. On the second occasion, I canceled the order completely because I paid express shipping ($15) and the company failed to inform me that my shipment was being delayed because one item was low in stock. I actually need the items within 2 weeks. Had i not reached out to get an update on shipping, they never would have told me about the delay and they would have kept my $15 express shipping fee. I’m sorry but to me it’s not worth sending my money to some shifty company and gamble on whether i’ll ever actually get my $57 top.
I’m so so sorry you had a horrible experience in regards to shipping. I know their clothes come and ship from China so that could definitely play a big part. I feel like companies like that are hit or miss.
Thank you for talking about it. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still now news of my package ! It was supposed to ship a week ago but it was not shipped/ no tracking number and the worst is they won’t respond to any email !

It was $20! Such a ripoff but had no choice if I wanted my money back
