Ingredients:
2 tsp. pork fat
3 large onions
800 gr. beef (shin)
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. flour
1 clove of garlic
0.5 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
