They understand the problem with moralistic people is that they never question their own judgments or ethics.

Reminds me of the episode where Foreman took on the case with the kid whose brother gave him too many children's vitamins and he ended up with high iron levels that made him sick. Wouldn't the ER have ran a basic panel of blood work, since that would have included iron levels. Some cases seem like they could be solved by simpler methods but they purposely make it more complicated.
