Do one about The Greatest Emperor of India. Ashoka the Great!
He had the richest, most powerful, largest manpower, biggest military of his time.
He had a bloodthirsty Era wanting to be the Ruler of the world (chhatravarti), he had nearly a million soldiers. The Roman empire at its peak had 450,000 soldiers.
Ashoka the Great born as an illegitimate prince was not favoured by his father (emperor)and sent to an impossible task under the influence of the empress, with little support, yet he won, he waged civil war in a unfavorable state where minister supported his brothers but he won, a outstanding General who could be compared to Alexander the Great, He never lost a battle!
Yet at the battle of Kalinga, he changed his heart and became a benovelant and kind ruler, once called Ashoka the terrible became Ashoka the Great,
A genius at politics comparable to Augustus Ceasar, A military commander comparable to Alexander the Great and much more,
"Even among Emperors, Ashoka the Great shines the Brightest"

He was ahead of his time by circumstance’s, the priest had nearly become kings themselves from the number of temples and number of priests which served them wealth rivaling the pharaoh. He did not out of genius but out of fear and greed. That being said he was unique in favorable ways to future generations in his art revolution depicting statues and carvings of pharaohs in a more human like manner kinda of similar to what Greeks would do centuries later

(Sigh) Reading the comment section on any Ancient Egypt documentary is so frustrating because it always turns into arguments about race.
    1. The concept of race didn't exist in then so why people feel the need to bring it up confuses me
    2. I have no idea why anyone would think that Ancient Egyptians were some kind of homogenized group that all looked the same. At its height Egypt reached from Sudan to Syria, Pharoahs would marry women from other Kingdoms and for thousands of years people from all over the known world would come to Egypt for trade and knowledge.
