I lived down there in 2018, I loved Estero at "The Tides at Pelican Landing". The Water Park in this video was so much fun, and the putt putt golf courses, so much to do during on season. I was curious about the hurricanes and floods too that maybe that is why this video is green screened.
Thanks for your video. It is very informative. You are very intelligent, knowledgeable and articulate. Recently, we were on a travel tour with a couple from Estero. If my wife and I were ever going to relocate, we would definitely consider Estero. How did Estero fare during Hurricane Debby?

What I have found interesting over the years is that when I started in real estate in 2006, any call from CA was never anyone interested in FL real estate, it was always from some tech company selling some software solution. After Covid that changed in a big way and we’ve seen the number of Californian migrations increase dramatically. If you consider our area, let me know!
@@BradDohackGPP Thanks for your reply. We are not relocating. We live in Southern California and do not plan to move. Two of our recent travel mates lives in Estero, and I was researching the area. It is nice to see where other people live.

Wow, thank you for your comment! There were no issues from Debby in Estero. Fort Myers Beach had some flooding though. Where are you relocating from?
