It gives you true perspective on what a mom brings and what a dad brings and why you actually need both. More often than not the dad provides the structure, teachings, and builds the character of the child. Especially for boys. The teachings and character you place within the child works to instill morals, values, and good decision-making in the child. I see it with my son everyday. I also can speak from experience with my dad. My dad passed away when I was 18 and I see how much harder life became with regards to making decisions and navigating life.
