Just a tip that I’ve learned for when going trout fishing. If you aren’t going to keep a trout, try and keep them in the water. Touching them with your hands takes off a slime covering on the trout that can kill them. And when releasing a trout, move them back and forth by the tail so they get more oxygen.
Okay that answer my question that I just posted above because I was always told if you're fishing for trout either wet your hand before you pick them up or you try to keep them in the water. Thank you for clarifying my comment.

Get raw green mango, a onion, green chilli, coriander and slice them, mash them add salt and bit of red pepper and BOOOM your mind will be blown over how nice this salsa would be. Love from Pakistan 🌻

Probably not gonna see this but I recommend cutting off the white part of the inside of the bell pepper. Lots of chefs cut it out due to the bitter taste it leaves behind when it's cooked. Nice video, food looks amazing!

For smoked salmon...two parts pineapple juice to one part soy sauce and garlic and dill. Maranade 12 to 24 hours in the fridge. Take out, sprinkle with brown sugar, let air dry for 2 hours. Smoke it in your smoker. When done, taste test. If you need more salt, garlic, dill then sprinkle it on your smoked fish. Seal in plastic bag (vacuum seal best)and put in fridge overnight. The seasoning will penetrate the smoked fish.

You did really well with the mango salsa it looks like something I would make. If you want a different variation to the fish you could mix in 3 teaspoons of soy sauce to 3 teaspoons of honey mix well then add to your pine apple fish cooking as marinade. Very Yumm. Soy sauce is salty so watch your salt intake.
Salsa looked good. If you wanna step it up a notch tho, char the tomatoes and onion on the grill/fire for a few minutes. Spice it up with a toasted Jalepeno if you like spicy. Great job tho. Love the different recipes you try.

I grew up fishing small creeks for trout, especially German Brown trout that are particularly nervous fish. I find that casting a little up stream and letting the bait float down the creek is irresistible to these fish. Also, have you used crickets to fish for trout? Loved the video. It was great.
